Wrost experience in thomas cook branch near Ushadeep complex , Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Rudely behave with customers. They have no sense, how to talk with customer. In morning when i call them regarding visa inquiry but they told me staff is not available for now , we will get back to you after half an hour. After 1 hour when i call them for inquiry then they told me, today holiday staff no available. so i told him you should told me in morning but they told me in Gujarati Language "Mari jode vat kari hati, j karvu hoy kri lejo etc.". Please Don't go with THOMAS COOK. Thanks.

Thomas cook- CG ROAD is for full trips and holidays. Thomas Cook- Near Mithakali is the one if you wish to inquire only for visas.

The office is located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a maruti showroom. but there were no hoardings or direction to find out the exact location. Staffs are good.
