The management keeps changing with a complete untrained staff.. very difficult to book appointment as no one answers the call.. it’s difficult to deal with such places in service industry when they can’t provide good service.

I would suggest everyone not to take their Prepaid Packages or you would literally be chasing them for services. Their corporate office is even worst as they do not ever reply to your mails and have standard reply " We do not have Refund policy ". Why don't they explain their policies to customers while selling them their packages, which again are not worth. The service is not as hyped in the advertisement and they start selling their products along with your running services. I had taken package for Lip Hair Removal for my sister and when called for second sitting, they told they were running short of staff and equipment and did not gave the appointment, neither did they called up for the same on availability of the resources. I have asked for refund as i don't wish to be associated further with them on account of the unprofessionalism, neither their local branch or corporate office are replying and denying to refund. They been into service industry, they have Zero Customer Satisfaction and as they already have customers money with them, they are least bothered to reply. Still they are not reverting for refund or any update. They are pathetic in after sales service. I shall highly recommend people not to use this clinic Still the same result, no revert whatsoever from their end even after involving consumer grievance cell into picture.

With very bad experiences I would like to condemn this Clinic as a clinic full of people with so much of attitude and stupidity because these people don't care about their clients complaints and treatments . what all they are concerned about is recordings , screenshots of text messaging and appointments (which they do as per their convenience and don't bother to as before booking appointments for anything) so that when somebody complains about anything they can show it to their so called HO in New delhi . Before writing this ,  I was just reviewing other clients feedback on CLINIC DEMATECH (If I had checked this review earlier, I would not have spent so much money)  and what i found is so many people has complained and also they got a call from Zonal Head Miss.Sinthiya from New delhi  who seems very patience and caring about their client but when she speak you won't be able tolerate her and just one word for her is arrogant . She was not at all interested even to understand the problem . Last but not least , I would never ever recommend anyone to go for CLINIC DERMATECH .They don't bother about appointments, treatments , tiings, greetings , services etc . . . They have denied to refund my money and told me to recommend my family/friends to use that service on behalf of me but if this is the scenario and their so called rules and regulation .  let me clear i would let my money go but never recommend anyone to go there . I also would request people to use this write a review option especially who has bad experience so people don't go for it after checking the review of the company so that this company won't go further after grabbing money from people like us . - 08/01/2021 :- 1:45 pm  - no body has approached me after complaining many times . I just got a call on the 21st or 22nd ; i was not available to speak so told to call back later where she has directly  said i will be contacting you after 28th only because she was going for a long holiday at that time . After which i again tried to approach Ahmedabad office where i got a chance to speak Mr.Himanshu on 31st .  I don't remember anyone who has directly contacted me for the same. stop lying and fooling people .

This people are not bothered for clients’ timings. They give out appointments and are never on time. They send you the reminder to customers for being there at that time but I guess they should send the same message to staff too. They make the clients wait for 30-45 minutes atleast. This has happened many times.

I'm taking my 1st laser hair removal services. They are very organized and convenient. The support staff especially Anjali and Sonal di are very friendly and accommodating. All in all a very great experience!

Its been two years i am taking services and its very good and i tried photo facial for the first time and it was very nice and suitable for my skin and Tasefa and Madhuri treated me very good and she make sure i was comfortable and here the manager Mamta and Archie is always very friendly with everyone and good in behaviour. I have tried the other laser centres in rajkot. But the services here are great. The laser treatment boils down to the laser operator and here the operator is having a vast experience and is keen about minute details that needs to be considered. Worst clinic. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR ANY PROBLEM. The staff will talk with you nicely only till you make the payment. Payment is to made before undergoing treatment. My wife Dr Chaitali Parikh underwent laser treatment for hair reduction at Clinic Dermatech, Ahmedabad. The dermatologist over there did not explain about any possible adverse effects beforehand and said there are no complications with these. After a single laser session, acne and rashes started on 3rd day. When we went for consultation of this problem, the stupid dermatologist said “ that there are accidents happening on road, so when you purchase a car, do they explain you that you can die in road accident”. Then she called the counsellor that “ if patient has such problems, then discontinue treatment”. We said that ok will discontinue, please charge the expense of single laser sitting and refund the amount of remaining sittings, the answer was “ THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY AT CLINIC DERMATECH”. The most disgusting part was the attitude of dermatologist, she didn’t have basic knowledge of technician, so you can understand the extremely low standards of dermatologist at this place. Only infrastructure and ambience, NO BRAINS, NO SERVICE, NO HUMILITY. PLEASE AVOID GOING TO SUCH PLACE. Thank you.

Had peeling treatment. Not at all any improvements n in fact I got more patches on my face n when I told them they suggested me a new different treatment rather thn giving explanation of the the given treatment. Don’t waste time to go here. I will not recommend to anyone.

This is to bring to your notice that a women who was managing the clinic there convinced me to buy a package for 45 k for laser services. Well I reside in Bangalore. She told me that the clinic is in Richmond Town and I believed her later when I tried reaching out to them they said the clinic in Bangalore is not in Richmond town and is in HSR and they are forcing me to travel 20km far from my home for laser. Hence I asked them for refund due to them making false promises and it was said to me that they wouldn't refund the money back and this was told by prakruti at Clinic Dermatech Ahmedabad. They have given me so much stress... And these people have been troubling me mentally and stressing me out by not giving my money back. Some one cannot lie about the clinic location and ask you to enroll for the package and if they do they very much need to refund the money back. If they hadn't lied and clinic was nearby I wouldn't have asked for the refund. I am not asking for refund for some silly reasons. I have a strong reason to demand it and they should refund money back. They have been not letting me talk to head office not any higher authority... I really don't understand how do these guys operate.
