Pretty pathetic bridal makeup. They don't listen to any customer preferences and do whatever they want to. Forces customer to use expensive services but do not use a wide range of high end product. Do not even match the foundation to skin tone ! Even as simple as saree draping was not good ! Will never recommend.

Staffs are very unprofessional and doesn't matter how long a customer should wait for a haircut. They think haircut is done free of cost, so a person who come for haircut will wait for 3-4hours. Very disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡

My 1st visit to the salon and i got the crystal mani pedi Its was worth the price And the service was great by Madhusmita. I was thoroughly relaxed and will definitely revisit

The hairstylist is unprofessional,my haircut was not proper,my facial hair was not trimmed properly and he didn’t wash my hair and the photo of the hairstyle i show wasn’t matched at all I recommend you to go to the other b21 in sahid nagar he does give coupon(₹100) hair wash and proper haircut that is the best experience at same price.satya nagar b21 i will never ever recommend he didn’t gave coupon also.🙏🙏🙏

My experience with this salon is very bad in the morning I booked a slot for nail extensions removal at 4-5 pm then at 4 l confirm the staff, he was on emergency will be available at 6.30, called at 7pm to confirm his availability, told to come at 8.50pm. WHAT IS GOING ON

Their customer service , priority depends on the amount you are paying . If they have the next customer that is having a greater amount of service than you , then they don’t care about you being their customer.

His staff are very polite. Took care of every details I mentioned and gave exactly what I asked for.
