I had a great experience today getting my hair coloured for the first time (balayage). Katerina did my hair and i couldn’t be happier. I wasn’t happy with my same old hair and now she has helped me to absolutely love it! Thanks to the staff who made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment. So happy!

Attended as a first time client for a cut and blow dry, however I left feeling extremely disappointed in the cut and the service. I had been recommended the salon by a friend and read the reviews which all seemed so wonderful. Staff seemed friendly on arrival, however the cut was of very poor quality and uneven at the ends. I had booked for a cut and blow dry but the blow dry was a very rushed rough dry with absolutely no styling of the hair. The hair was choppy and heavy at the ends as it hadn't been cut properly. When I requested the stylist to blow dry it using a brush she stated that she didn't have time to which made the experience even less enjoyable. For a senior stylist to be cutting hair, I definitely expected more professionalism and quality. Service and cut was absolutely not worth the money I paid, and had to pay another £40 to have it cut and styled properly (at another salon where they did a fantastic job of correcting the previous cut!) - even the other hair dresser was horrified of how bad the cut was. Spoke to the owner of the salon and sent him photos of the bad cut, however no real compensation was offered, only another trip to the salon which I kindly declined due to the previous negative experience. Sadly, will not be attending this salon again.

I had hilites cut and blowdry by Elora. I am so pleased with the colour & style ,she did a wonderful job and is a very professional hairdresser. 😊

I love hair location Rosehill. Myself and other family members have been coming here for many years and I always leave satisfied. I always ask for Elora because I trust her completely. She takes the time to get to know her clients and makes me feel comfortable and will be honest with me always, she knows what I like and what looks good. Shes just so fantastic at her job! Ive been here for all kinds of occasions, Weddings, birthdays, hen dos etc and always love the end result. The staff are always friendly and polite. Would recommend. X

I just like to say thank you to Adele who wash/cut/blowdryed my hair November 23 Wednesday afternoon, I didn't have a smartphone to do the app, all the staff are friendly Adele ask me how I wanted my hair cut / how much she listened to how I desire to have my hair 10/10 cut Thin& layered blow dried my hair thank you my hair is very manageable now and easier for me to manage love it. The silver hair lady. I'm not very good at doing all this technical stuff I was meant to give you five stars for some reason it came out four so you have got big five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My 11 year old daughter's first haircut and butterfly style. Manager is very kind. He definitely has an excellent communication skills with children and their parents. Hairdressers work hard, done work precisely based on the photo of the model my daughter showed them.

I am ashamed to say that I have just got round to writing a review on Hair Location. I have been going to them for quite a few years. They have always made me feel very welcome and I would absolutely say they are true professionals. I usually have Elora to do my hair. She listens carefully to what you want done and does it without any problems at all. I get the impression she quietly gets to know her clients really well and gives them her best.
