This place is supposed to be supervised and parents are supposed to be responsible for their children, it doesn't happen! We took our 2 year old Grandson and left after 40 minutes because with all the older children charging around not being g supervised we did not feel safe. Parents and carers were just at tables, on laptops and drinking coffee and not supervising their children. The staff's excuse - it was a strike day forcing parents to work from home -NOT MY PROBLEM. Staff could not understand my concerns. Honestly believe the local authority should look at the health and safety issues with this place and staff need to be properly trained

From the moment I rang Sophie, I knew we’d made the right choice of venue for my daughter’s birthday party! She guided us through the process and left me feeling reassured the day would run smoothly. It did! A special thank you to Sophie, Olivia, Jess and Megan for looking after us and making our party incredibly special and memorable for the right reasons. Nothing was too much for the team! A lovely place, supported by equally lovely staff!

Very nice place for the little and not so little ones. Perfect for rainy days and play dates. There is a cafe that offers food and drinks so you have everything you need.

My daughter had a fabulous and fun filled, action packed 5th birthday celebration here, with many of her family and friends in attendance and all having had a fantastic time. The food was great, the venue is clean and spacious, the play area is vast and accommodating to smaller and older children and the party table area is away from the noise and bustle of the soft play. We all had a a memorable and amazing time and I couldn’t have asked for more of the staff at the Arc. V accommodating in all fronts. Whilst this venue was a bit out of the way for many of us it was most definitely worth while!

Nice play area, my kids 8 and 3 had fun. The apparatus is smaller than expected. We will be coming again.

A fantastic community hub where much good is done, which makes a change these days. Variety of classes for able and disabled people. Reasonable food and prices too.

Children love it. I also went on it a few years back when it first opened with a Round Table adult's session

Been a long time since I last went there. Was a good soft play area back in the day. Nice food, friendly staff and very nice coffees from what I remember. Used to be my little hub when my son was very small
