The store is small, dark and depressing and the staff are overall quite rude. They barely have any stock so if you are there to purchase (and not for the pharmacy), be ready to be disappointed and to queue for a very long time if you do manage to find what you are looking for. There isn't a self-checkout and the poor Pharmacists have to act as Sales Assistant too. There's no space to queue either as you're in the way of other customers. Their collection service is as shocking as their stock and opening hours. Don't expect an apology either, even if you've received an email/text asking you to collect your order. Thankfully, Beckenham has other stores and the Bromley branch isn't too far.

Thoughtful staff, particularly Mandy the store manager who goes the extra mile to care for customers. She offered me the consultation room; noticing I was in need of a quiet space to care for my newborn. Excellent pharmacy

Went to collect my order (as received an email saying it was ready for collection), only to be ignored by the sales assistant (she was busy putting stock away). Eventually she turned around. She went to find my goods but said there'd been a mistake. It wasn't there. She wrote my name and number on a piece of till receipt and told me they'd call in two days time. Three days later, I called the store only to be told by a rude and grumpy woman that my order wasn't there and she'd refund me my money. Two days later I received an email refunding my money but it was only half the cost. Trying to get in contact with Boots is impossible. 😡😡😡😡

10.22am and not open, states awaiting a locum pharmacist. Store should still be able to serve the basics and had a photo delivered to be collected but cannot gain entrance.

After a lost parcel with a popular website I ordered my item with Boots online and picked up in store..no problem there!

Dreadful experience every time , with some very confrontational staff, one of whom is always " too busy" to handle customers, gets her colleagues to jump in for her whilst she deals with her own lack of organisation, then suddenly finds the time and energy to interject into other people's conversations and berate, condescend and start arguments. How on Earth she is still employed (I'm sure that her colleagues dislike her cantankerous , unpleasant attitude as much as the customers, but she is probably untouchable due to the various "cards" certain people can play )I don't know, but if you have the choice, deal with the very nice Malay lady pharmacist there- she is more than helpful. Switching my prescriptions elsewhere so I can avoid the difficult staff member and her claptrap.

One of the smaller Boots stores in the area. Only wanted one item which Boots website said was on offer. As with all the Boots stores in the area they did not have any of this item even though there was a space on the shelf for the item. Strangely they could not order it in for me either and did not know when it would be back in store or in stock. Very disappointing as it was a Boots own brand item.

A staff member who was stocking up the shelves this morning was so rude, unfriendly and unhelpful ! I won’t be going back as my experience was unpleasant.

Always at lunch with a note on the door honestly it’s like 1970’s opening hours! They gave me a prescription but would not give me my pd.
