an
absolute
shambles.
None
of
the
lanes
were
working
efficiently.
The
scores
were
a
complete
mess.
After
our
group
complaining
three
times
across
40
minutes
that
the
alleys
weren’t
working
correctly
(pins
not
being
delivered
to
the
alley
correctly
or
knocking
them
down
before
we’d
even
gone
to
bowl),
we
were
moved
to
yet
another
alley
that
after
5
minutes
also
didn’t
work
properly.
Gutters
were
not
coming
up
for
the
kids,
pins
not
delivering
correctly
and
the
lights
kept
flickering
as
if
shutting
the
game
down.
Went
to
complain
yet
again
only
for
the
staff
member
to
not
give
a
flying
toss
she
was
too
busy
texting
on
her
phone
and
the
attitude
stank.
She
finally
got
it
working
for
all
of
two
minutes
before
the
game
shut
down.
Went
to
complain
for
the
fifth
time
only
for
her
to
argue
that
she’d
given
us
an
extra
8
minutes
playing
time…
when
I
told
her
she
was
lying
and
complained
about
the
whole
shambles
of
an
hour
of
equipment
not
working,
having
to
move
lanes,
that
we’d
lost
play
time
she
tried
to
argue.
Point
proven
was
that
she
did
not
give
us
8
minutes
at
all
as
we
started
the
Game
started
at
11:35
just
after
we
arrived
and
the
screens
shut
our
game
down
at
12:30.
She
then
decided
to
give
us
5
minutes
extra
but
only
because
we
called
her
out
in
front
of
another
staff
member
and
other
customers
for
her
lies
and
attitude.
The
lane
next
to
us
then
had
to
be
moved
as
theirs
stopped
working
properly
too.
Would
not
recommend
at
all.
Abysmal
experience.
