    I have been a member of Graft Epsom since 2018 and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is a relaxed atmosphere and the classes are always structured so you can work at your own ability with both low and high intensity options. The instructors are all really friendly and supportive and make sure you get the most out of the sessions. Everyone I have met in the classes are lovely and there is always a good vibe, even when it is raining. Training outdoors I think personally is really rewarding, and I always feel so much better once I have completed a class.

    Highly recommend Graft for those looking to make exercise a regular habit, or for those who would like to try something different. You are always encouraged to work at your own pace/limits and with the mixed abilities of those who attend you never feel like you’re left hanging. Those who attend are friendly and supportive and I wouldn’t have been able to continue to attend a year on without them!

    I wholeheartedly recommend Graft for anyone! I have been attending once a week for just over a year and the physical, mental and social benefits have been enormous. The service runs like clockwork. The classes are varied and literally everyone is catered for - whether you want to really push yourself or you maybe need something a little easier, everyone is encouraged to go at your own pace and you are welcomed equally. Likewise, it doesn't matter if you're an introvert or an extrovert, there are people to chat to or some people prefer to do their own thing. My only regret is that I didn't join sooner!

It’s NOT an extreme military type session you can work to your own pace and ability with the support and guidance from each instructor. Give it a try you won’t regret it !

    Graft was a welcome constant during COVID lockdown offering online classes that supported not only my physical but also my mental health. Since then I have enjoyed greatly the in person classes in the beautiful Epsom College grounds. The classes are challenging but always fun and each instructor brings something different to their classes. Most of all though I enjoy the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere of the class. It’s such a relief not to feel judged or intimidated - everyone is so supportive and it’s a pleasure to offer that same support to anyone new to the class. What are you waiting for?!

    I’d highly recommend Graft Epsom if you are looking for a friendly, fun and motivating exercise class which is challenging and enjoyable in equal measure. The trainers are all great, each offering a different style session designed to make you work hard but at your own pace. I didn’t have the confidence to exercise ‘in public’ after having my two children until someone recommended Graft to me!

    I joined GRAFT on a grey Saturday morning in Jan 2015, after seeing it advertised on Facebook. I can honestly say it has been the BEST decision I have made in a long time! ALL the trainers are brilliant and motivate you in their own individual style. No 2 classes are the same but you always leave with a smile on your face having had a great time. I am loving the new Spring/Summer timetable with the extra evening classes, as I am unable to attend the mornings, and, the fact classes are held on Bank Holidays. I've lost weight, toned up, my stamina has increased, and, just as important, I've made some new friends. I am proud to be a "Grafter " and would encourage everyone to give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

    Highly recommend all the instructors at Graft. They always have well thought out and fun sessions each week. Great instruction and motivation is given with modifications for all levels of fitness. Welcoming bunch of people who attend makes you feel part of the Graft family. Attending Graft has really improved my distance running and overall fitness levels. :)

    I’m so glad I found Graft! The sessions are fun with lots of laughs, everyone’s really welcoming and the outdoor setting just makes you feel good! I was nervous joining because of how unfit I’d become but the trainers make it simple for me to join at my own pace alongside the super-fit who’ve been going for years and years.

    Love Graft, the instructors and the variety of sessions. I’ve been going for nearly 6 years now and it’s become a welcome part of my life - great to be outdoors, great to be exercising and to workout with a friendly bunch of like-minded people. Give it a go - you won’t regret it.

    2 years ago I was trembling in my trainers as I attended my 1st Graft session. What a revelation it was! I need not have worried. Roll on 2 years and I am happier, stronger and fitter both physically and mentally, I can honestly say Graft has completely transformed my life for the better. The Instructors, headed up by James Daly ( founder of Graft ) have years of experience, are very encouraging and motivating of every one of their members, irrespective of age or ability as the sessions aren’t segregated. These sessions offered cover the full spectrum of the working week in the beautiful grounds of Epsom College . I have trained in other fitness groups over the years but none come close to matching the friendliness of your fellow participants at Graft, you will quickly feel “ at home “. I am living proof that if you can overcome your initial fear, summon the courage and attend 1 session you will not regret it, and like me embrace all that Graft has to offer on your fitness journey.     Not long in from a Graft session and am feeling in tip top condition. Since joining Graft I’ve improved my core strength, flexibility, and stamina; I also attribute an increased sense of well-being to the workouts and am enjoying better muscle definition as a happy superficial by-product! I joined during lockdown when all sessions were online, and although some continue this way to offer us a welcome flexibility, it’s the outdoor sessions at Epsom College where Graft comes into its own. The trainers who lead the groups are some of the nicest people you’ll meet and they spur us on with ever more inventive exercises, activities and obstacle courses. We’re encouraged to work to our own levels and there’s no pressure, just genuine goodwill and support. I really can’t recommend Graft more - come and join us, it will be great to have you there!

    I joined Graft in June 2021 and thoroughly enjoy the workouts the Graft team provide. The sessions are set in the beautiful grounds of Epsom College, the instructors are absolutely fantastic and are ready to provide alternatives whether you are trying to get into shape like I was or recovering from injury and you leave each session feeling great! Everyone who attends the classes are friendly and welcoming so it feels like a real community of Grafters. The sessions take place at great times during the week giving great variety for anyone attending! Since attending, my fitness levels have improved and I feel motivated in each session to push myself further. A brilliant workout option that I'd recommend for everyone and I'm enjoying it so much that I will be increasing the frequency that I attend!

    I have been going to graft for nearly 7 years. There are lots of things that keep me going back. The friendly and experienced instructors run varied sessions that are appropriate for all fitness levels and for how you’re feeling on a particular day. Being outdoors keeps things interesting, training in sunshine, rain and even snow, you don’t stay cold for long though! Fellow “grafters” are friendly and fun to be with. I’d highly recommend coming along to one of the many sessions scheduled each week.

    I've been attending Graft for a few years now and can’t speak highly enough of it. A fun but focused exercise group, all are welcome regardless of fitness level and there is a great camaraderie amongst the members and its instructors. If you're looking for somewhere you can get fit and not be met with any big egos but friendly encouraging people, this is the place for you.

    I've been a member of Graft for a few years now and I love it. I was looking for something that was outside (I'm not a gym lover) and regular to keep my fitness ticking over. I'm not a fitness fanatic by any stretch and you have options as to how often you want to go, which really suits me too. I have certainly noticed how much fitter I am. The friendliness of my fellow Grafters and instructors also encourage me to keep going every week, rain or shine!

    I only started GRAFT couple of weeks ago and each session is totally different in terms of workout, routine and structure, which is good for someone like me who is just want to ease back into fitness after a maternity leave. James and the team are super friendly people and they made me feel very welcomed from the start. If anyone is looking to do a fitness class outdoor in Epsom then GRAFT is the place to go.

    I always look forward to Graft, rain or shine! Each session is different and the exercises are suitable for all. Most importantly, Graft gives my week structure and purpose and a little bit of ’me’ time.

    I joined Graft 18 months ago because I wanted an alternative to working out in the gym. It’s great being outside and all of the instructors are really friendly and motivating and encourage you to go at your own pace. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a challenging yet fun workout to join Graft.

    The Graft sessions are varied so each one unique, I’m pleased I joined Graft, the coaches are great and really encouraging. You can go at your own pace and the time fly’s. Everyone who takes part is really friendly and welcoming. 5 stars easy.

    I am relatively new to Graft but can honestly say I have enjoyed every session so far. The instructors are all brilliant and the classes allow you to work at your own intensity, which is great as you are able to join in and work at your own fitness level. A really friendly group of people and lovely surroundings. I am so pleased that I decided to join and feel fitter and healthier already. I would really recommend having a go and signing up to trial a class, you will not regret it.

    Graft Epsom is fabulous! Exercising with great people outside in the fresh air - what could be better? It really doesn’t matter about your fitness level as you can work out at your own pace. The instructors are all great - all offering slightly different and varied sessions. I’d really recommend Graft Epsom to anyone wanting to improve their fitness levels whilst having lots of fun!!     Graft is a great group of instructors that really know how to make you feel welcome and get you motivated to keep going! It’s a whole body work out and I always leave invigorated and glad I came. I’m feeling fitter and leaner and have more energy than before I started. Everyone is friendly and I like the fact that it’s ‘real’ people with a range of fitness levels.

    I started going to Graft around 2 years ago, I was pretty nervous for turning up to the first session by myself but I need not have worried - the instructors and other Grafters were all very welcoming and friendly. There is a real mix of ability and fitness levels so you feel comfortable going at your own pace. The sessions themselves are different every time, no two Grafts are alike - keeps it interesting and me on my toes! Being outdoors in the lovely setting of Epsom College is an added bonus too. During the pandemic James & the team seamlessly switched to online sessions and kept the Graft community spirit alive remotely. This was invaluable and a big thanks to Graft for keeping us all going in the difficult times. I’d definitely recommend Graft to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating fitness session, they are the best!

    Graft is a wonderful outdoor boot camp! After feeling so unmotivated to exercise and really struggling to get moving again, I came along to graft and it has completely transformed my attitude! Sessions are excellent! I never feel bored as each session is met with new combinations and exercises. The outdoor environment is beautiful, set in the stunning grounds of Epsom College, much better to look at than a plain gym studio. Extremely motivating instructors. I can already see my body transforming and my strength improving after just a few weeks! I am thrilled that I have joined Graft, it has had such a positive impact on my life!
