    I have been going gvto Wizfit since September and thoroughly enjoy it. I'm not a gym person, but because the classes are small it makes me feel much more comfortable.     Recently joined Wizfit in December 2022. Appreciation for Wizfit letting me have a trial period which showed me the BIG difference between regular gyms to the quality coaching from Kyle with great sessions to suit each individual’s needs/strengths interest. I am now a registered member which has been the best decision I’ve made. In the past have wasted time and money on other gyms. Wizfit gave me opportunity to met great people! Definitely 💯 recommend Wizfit!!!

    WizFit is a great studio with a good atmosphere and superb coaching from Kyle. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level! The sessions can be demanding but enjoyable, you will fill the benefits - mentally and physically!

    I initially joined for a 3 months program without really thinking of continuing after, at the end of the program I didn't want to stop and that feeling remains. Kyle is a great instructor and all the classes are have something unique to them. Despite being already fairly active with a decent level of fitness at the time i joined, I find myself being challenged each time and I love it! I'd recommend anyone to give Kyle's classes a go, I bet you'll want more.

    Joined Wizfit recently, I was very nervous about joining the gym as I had had an disappointing experience with other trainers. I am so pleased that I did, Kyle is extremely understanding of my needs, I am not fit and need help to overcome some injuries. With Kyle I feel that he is very good at what he does, his knowledge is excellent. The gym is well run and clean. I am so happy I have found someone who I have trust in to help me achieve my goals.     I started training with WIZFIT Studios some months back and it’s been a great experience. Working out used to be a bit tedious for me, but since attending sessions I have actually started to enjoy it. Kyle is a well informed instructor who supports you to meet your goals. I can definitely say that I made a good choice signing up with WIZFIT.

    Back for my second boxing session today after two months fitness break. Boxing training with David Hilton is so addictive, so challenging when you’re doing it but can’t get enough at end of session. It’s just fantastic that David is really into his boxing, he is just so full of energy and motivation, I get a buzz every time I train with him.

    Joined WIZFIT about 6 weeks ago.. Great gym and if you’re like me who doesn’t like a busy gym and gets anxious. Groups are small and every one is friendly. There’s a variety of classes and different times to suit every ones schedule. Would definitely recommend

    I joined WIZFIT about 2 months ago just to tone up for summer. Kyle was amazing, done my nutrition plan (including recipe book) and my workouts. They always looked after me over the workout and corrected me, to do it properly and not to make mistakes. Very well organised, clean and well-equipped studio. Thanks so much for all your help, you definitely made a huge difference in my lifestyle!

    I joined WIZFIT a few months ago. I wanted to improve my fitness and thus take care of my health more. Classes with WIZFIT are exactly what I was looking for. Trainers always listen to my needs and give valuable tips to achieve the intended goal. Each class brings something different, it is impossible to get bored - I highly recommend it if you are looking for something to improve your health, strength and condition.

    Started going to WIZFIT a few months ago after not doing any exercise for at least a decade, so I was pretty nurvous about my ability to keep up. I needn't have worried, Kyle and the team are supportive but give me a push when I need it and I really enjoy the small group session set up. I've lost weight, got more energy and feel way better in myself.

    Before I started training at Wizfit I had tried almost everything. My own various diets and different exercises both at home and gym and whilst I saw miniscule results it was quite disheartening because nothing seemed to work so I guess I needed someone to tell me what to do. I had my initial assessment with Kyle and we talked about my goals and the changes I wanted to see. He put me on a calorie deficit diet, with all the things my body needed to be leaner whilst educating me in nutrition and my own body's needs. For the first 3 to 4 weeks I was hungry ALL the time! And for the next 4 weeks it had all settled and I think my stomach shrunk because I simply struggled to finish the bowl of salad lunch that was part of my diet plan! Aside from diet I went for small group sessions a couple times a week and worked hard. I was pushed and challenged for 8 weeks (I did not miss a single week) and there were times where I thought - I'm not sure this is working the way I want it to. But I decided to trust the process and keep going. I worked hard, much to my very audible protests of pain but as the saying goes - no pain, no gain. I completed my 8 weeks on a high note with Kyle showing me the difference in my body composition from before to after. I've lost a whopping 10cm off the middle and firmed up and toned up legs and arms. Also not to mention walking up hills feel like walking on flat. I'm so much fitter than before! I'm so happy and would absolutely recommend Wizfit 100%. Trust the process and put in the work. It will work for you!

    Big thank you to Kyle and Daniel at WIZFIT studios! My son joined the junior boxing classes and he’s never been happier. Each week he looks forward to his sessions and engaging with his peers. The classes have built confidence, coordination, stamina and other life skills that he now adapts to other areas in his life. I’m grateful!

    I have achieved my goal within 3 months of joining WIZFIT. Being a newbie at gym it feels like a dream come true. Thank you to coach Kyle & coach Daniel. Work outs at WIZFIT has now become a lifestyle. Classes are small, enjoyable and different all the time. I get the full package of PT, nutrition & monthly follow up checks. The gym is kept clean & well equipped. Kyle & Daniel are super supportive & easygoing. Joining the WIZFIT family has been 1 of my best decisions.

    I have my son age 11 join Wizfit to build him in confidence as well as to keep fit. After four months attending Wizfit, we parents have seen a lot of change in our son’s behaviour. He has built confidence within himself and has shown a keen interest in fitness ever since.     I am extremely happy with the personal training that I am receiving with Kyle. Kyle pushes and encourages me and I am amazed at how well I am doing. I find Kyle very flexible, as I have a crazy schedule so I am really appreciative of the time slots that I have with him. I am so Impressed that I have increased to three times a week. I am able to see the definition and tone to my body. It’s hard work 😓 but it’s definitely paying off. I would recommend Kyle to anyone as he’s very professional, conscientious and a brilliant trainer. ( I am hoping that if he reads this, he may go easier on me but I doubt it🙄😩)

    I joined wizfit after deciding to get fit and healthy. I've always hated exercise and wanted to find something that was challenging but also fun. After I joined, I was so happy to discover the classes were exactly what I was looking for. Kyle was incredibly considerate of what I was asking for and never pushed me to 'count calories' or track my weight as this is not what I wanted. I've been with wizfit for around 7 months and my attitude towards exercise has completely changed and my health and self esteem is at an all time high. Very highly recommended for anyone looking to work on themselves not matter what the end 'goal' is.

    A friend recommended me to Kyle at wizfit studios for a meal plan only as my shift work makes it unable to make to the stuido/classes. I want to lose over 2 stone at a slow pace. Kyle made me a fantastic 3 week meal plan. Which consists of daily meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a snack when required. Also a shopping list so you have exactly everything you need for the week ahead. The meals are delicious and very filling. I not struggling as I never feeling hungry. Kyle has given me exercise advice and checks in weekly to see if I'm on track, I'm on track with my weight loss and looking forward to reaching my goal.

    After going through a difficult period in my life I wanted to challenge myself to try something new. I stumbled across Wizfit studios ad and was compelled to sign up to their 3 month programme. The studio is clean and well equipped. Kylie (The Trainer) is very professional and skilled in his field. He has a keen eye for detail and he makes tactile adjustment when required to ensure you're executing the exercises correctly. The group classes consist of a maximum of 12 people and equal attention is paid to all attendees so it still feels like a very personal service. Coming from a Pilates background I've never been fond of high impact exercises however the results are undeniable. I'm happy that I have the best of both worlds (High & Low Impact) in my workout routine. Thanks Wizfit!

    I love it! Thanks to Wizfit I’m losing weight the right way for the first time in my life. Through the classes I’m getting fitter and stronger and through the nutrition guidance and recipes, I’m getting healthier without feeling like I’m suffering or starving! It’s the perfect combination! Signing up to Wizfit means I show up when it would be so easy not to (sometimes!), and the classes are brilliant and varied and the social element that comes with training in a group is great too! Everyone is in it together and very supportive. I always feel brilliant when I’ve finished a session and the more I do the better I feel overall!

    I met Kyle a few years back through doing group training and loved it! Unfortunately Lock down happened and it ended BUT I was grateful to discover he was up and running with WizFit and doing the group sessions! The sessions have a great variety and include all levels so you never feel the pressure and are able to just enjoy yourself! Kyle is amazing at helping you achieve your fitness goals, giving you the knowledge you need and most importantly the MOTIVATION! 😎

    Joining WizFit has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Between the classes, the PT sessions and the nutrition program my mindset towards my health and fitness has completely changed. I’ve started training like I never have before thanks to the PT sessions and the regular classes keep me consistent in my journey. The results I’m seeing in my endurance and physique are unreal! Kyle and Anna are amazing!!! I’ll definitely be a WitFit client for life.

    I joined Wizfit after a back operation, a little nervous, very unfit and not used to gym workouts. After the first appraisal, it was clear to me I was in very good and caring hands. Kyle listened to my needs and concerns and, with each session, encouraged me to have a go. He is gentle but insistent and someone I would not hesitate to recommend whatever your level of fitness is. The gym is great too; lots of equipment; well maintained, clean and inside it all smells so lovely. A real gem!

    Kyle and Anna are fantastic coaches and all the sessions are both challenging and invigorating, in equal measure. I've mad huge progress in just the 9 weeks I've been with Wizfit and also met some really great people! Would recommend to anyone thinking about getting fit and active.

    Was introduced to Wizfit through a friend and it’s been one of my top decisions to join. I really enjoyed and appreciated that there is the opportunity to do a 2 week trial as it allowed me the chance to try out the different classes available before committing to a monthly membership. Great guided group classes, which challenges me. I can definitely see an improvement in my fitness since starting 3 months ago and cannot wait to start seeing the physical changes to my body too! Kyle is a great instructor who pushes you to the best of your ability and is a great motivator. Would definitely recommend.

    Started going to wiz fit about 2 months ago.. it really has changed how I treat my body. I have seen a massive increase in fitness and my body shape. Kyle understands each individuals needs and capability and pushes you beyond you comfort level without you even knowing it.     Being away from the gym for over two years, I was looking to get back into my fitness regime. Found Wizzfitness and it is a perfect fit! The atmosphere is great, the people are amazing and the instructor is great as well as attentive. The exercise routines cover all fitness levels. I have seen a great improvement physically and health-wise since joining. I will recommend Wizfitness.

    As one that has battled with yo-yo diets over the past decade without much success I initially joined Wizfit so that I could quickly lose weight three months before my wedding in June. The training was really intense for a former couch potato like me in the first month but then I discovered that I was becoming stronger (whoop whoop!) and more agile and that my rickety joints were not ‘complaining’ as much. With the increased strength, and overall body conditioning my confidence skyrocketed-didn't need much help there but what d'yu know, I've got an even bigger head now:-). I currently do two days training a week and at the price point it is a complete investment for my body and my mind. I have continued post my wedding because of the improvement I'm continuing to see in my body, and my mental alertness. Our instructor Kyle is very professional and he does not allow you to slack in the class. He's invested in beneficial outcomes for you and that is very encouraging. He is all about technique and refining your technique at the training session, which is important for me as a former dabbler in the martial arts. His style of teaching makes you push on even when your body feels like collapsing. I highly recommend this class; it has done wonders for my body. Weight loss now is no longer the goal for me and I now rank higher my overall physical health, strength and vitality. Can't wait to see how I will look and feel in one years time!

    I joined WizFit about 1 month ago after a long period of no exercise. I was so unfit before I joined. I've loved every session and my fitness has improved to the point where I can now do 3 or 4 sessions a week. The sessions are challenging but Kyle has been brilliant with giving low impact alternatives if any exercise is too challenging for me. I really like his approach, always encouraging and pushes you if he feels you can do it...but also recognises when an exercise may be too much, he comes over and gives an alternative. He really listened before I joined and wanted to understand my journey so far, any injuries or conditions to be aware of and what my goals are. I really feel like every session is slightly different so you are always pushing your body. I used to dread exercise before and was terrified of doing HIIT classes but now I look forward to every session. It's a community feel with familiar faces each time. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I also like that the sessions are capped at 12 people meaning Kyle gives everyone attention. I am so glad I didn't join the local gym and found this instead.Could not recommend enough. This has been the best find 🙌

    This simply has been the best for me, the sessions are spot on, they are focused, they give you what you need to get better and when you feel like you're struggling Kyle is there to talk you through how to get better and be better. Highly recommend this, whether you're a beginner like me or not.

    It has been a very positive experience for me. I started in April and felt very motivated to carry on for few months now. I am more flexible, seen some positive changes in my body and learn the right way to exercise safely. It has also helped me to keep a good mental balance along with all the workouts. I feel more active and grateful for all that I have learned so far. Thank you very much kyle.
