We have been in the TUI shop in Beckenham on several occasions and have found the staff very helpful and friendly with a smile. In June this year we went into the store in Beckenham with 3 choices of holiday in Turkey to areas we haven’t been before. We spoke with Vicky who was very helpful and informative. She gave us advice on resorts and hotels and her advice was spot on. We had a great time in Side and the hotel was lovely as she said it would be. We went back to the TUI shop and booked with Vicky another holiday to Tenerife. We went back to the TUI shop for a third time as we wanted to go on a Cruise in early 2024. There were so many cruises to choose from. We spoke to Jean who was very helpful and gave us lots of advice. With her advice we went home to research more and went back to the store a couple of days later after narrowing down to 3 cruises and spoke with Chloe. With Chloe’s help and advice, we have booked a Caribbean cruise. In our opinion this is the place to go to book a holiday. All the staff are helpful and very knowledgeable and also very patient.

After lots of researching various destinations and with the worry of travel and restrictions, I ended up booking our holiday with Chloe, she was super helpful, friendly and professional, made the booking as easy as possible and was great to actually deal with an in store representative rather than online. Thank you Chloe and the Tui team we are looking forward to our long awaited holiday!!!

I’d just like to thank Vikki at TUI Beckenham for sorting my mum and her friend out on their first holiday together. They have always done a Just You but found the price rises so expensive. Vikki was so patient with ALL of their questions and concerns. She found them amazing deal in a beautiful hotel in Spain with single rooms each and half board - for half the price of a Just You. They’re both mid- 70’s and nervous with using the internet and appreciated the face to face contact and personal service. I can’t thank Vikki enough. It’s saved me hours of internet scrolling and kept my mum feeling very independent. ❤️

Booked our family holiday with Vikki at Beckenham Tui yesterday. What a lovely lady, had so much patience with us as we wasn’t 100% sure where we wanted to go. She took us through so many options, and made sure to get us the best deal. Really recommend going in to store rather than online. We will definitely be going back for any future holiday bookings.

I don't normally post feedback, unless the service was either extremely good or not good. Unfortunately on this occasion the service was not good. I walked into this TUI branch a few weeks ago to make enquiries about honeymoon packages in the Maldives. The TUI employee (whom I shall not name) told me everything I needed to know was in a TUI magazine on weddings abroad. I had to explain that honeymoons weren't the same thing as weddings. The magazine had nothing about the Maldives either. The employee took down my details and said she would get back to me. I knew she would not get back to me, and indeed, she never got back to me. Poor experience overall. I have now gone to another travel agency who have booked my Maldives & Singapore honeymoon package. EDIT (in response to owner's request): the honeymoon was for January 2024, not 2025 (and there again, huge lack of attention ot detail!)

I cannot express how happy I am to have connected with Charlotte at this location. Trying to plan a wedding from Canada that will take place in Mexico for guests coming from the UK. Communication was 10/10 and her willingness to get things done was out of this world. I would work with Charlotte anytime!

Just booked a City Break at the Tui shop in Beckenham and I was very pleased with the efficient and friendly service from the member of staff Chloe. She was most polite and easy to talk to and patient with my booking. She quickly understood what I required and she gave me an honest and balanced appraisal of the accommodation and what the location had to offer. I would recommend the shop wholeheartedly

At the Tui store at beckenham store, we had first class attention from the moment we entered the shop till the moment we left with a confirmed booking. Charlotte looked after all our needs from booking our flights . Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt rushed. We even enjoyed a coffee while all the searches was done , was a pleasure being there and we left very happy. Excellent all round.

I'd like to thank Hayley for her help today sorting out a complicated amendment to my holiday booking. She was very patient and helpful and managed to achieve what I wanted (having previously been told by others that it was not possible). The TUI Beckenham branch have been extremely helpful to me over the past couple of months with my bookings and amendments. Chloe, Hayley and Charlotte assisted me with my first booking and they were all polite and patient so thank you all. For my second booking Jean was amazing, she was so helpful and I am grateful for the time she spent assisting me to resolve the issue that occurred. This Tui Travel Agent is one of the best ones l've been too, the staff are super friendly, they go above and beyond to find a holiday that is tailor-made for you especially for myself & the group who are coming with me as we have complex needs. They took their time and were happy to address any concerns l or the group may have had. I am glad l came there to book a group holiday, and will gladly do so again....🙂

Jean gave us a lot of help in choosing a holiday to suit our needs. She has a lot of patience and is very professional. All the other staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I have booked several holidays with TUI and I have never been disappointed. Today was no different! Charlotte is new yet she did a fantastic job helping me decide which holiday to buy. She went above and beyond to ensure I saw a number of different holidays that met our criteria and found a very good deal. Thank you Charlotte! And all at TUI for the excellent customer focus.

Vikki went above and beyond to help my family arrange their holiday this year, we have a disabled daughter and nothing was too much for her to make sure that the hotel met our needs. The whole process was absolutely stress free she did it all for us. She kept us up to date with certain information throughout the booking. She is by far the most friendly, patient, professional travel agent we have ever dealt with. So much so that we have referred our family and friends to help them with their holidays, Which she has. She is a total pleasure to deal with and a true asset to TUI.

My experience with TUI Store was à positive one.

club candan is definitely not a 4 start we face a lot of problems in the bedroom first floor for disabled persons(i'am physically disabled with 2 autistic son) the fridge (leak and not working properly) the both of window Locker the head shower was broken the grill kitchen was broken the all staff was lovely but the materials was very old and used or broken . We also get a Laundry particles rejection straight away in our bedroom and balcony unfortunately .(I got video if you need ) The bus driver coach return was very rude to me and said I had to control my autistic son of 4 years old because he vomited in the bus.
