đź‘Ťđź‘Ť We were so happy with our experience with Slumbertots! Firstly, it hugely improved our daughter's sleeping - within a week she was sleeping through the night (after waking up anywhere between 4-15 times a night for over 6 months). The difference it has made!! We wanted a gentle approach that didn't... People often mention Katy, sleep, night, months, plan, sleeping, recommend, waking, hours, time,

Katy was a miracle worker for us. Our 22 month old was co-sleeping every night, waking up every 3 hours and regularly staying awake for 3 hour spells in the middle of the night. After Katy helped us, within two nights she was sleeping through the night in her own bed. it was incredible! thank you Katy!

If like me you are repeatedly looking over Katy's reviews wondering whether or not to contact her I can assure you, you will not be disappointed. I read over the reviews time and time again thinking they all sounded too good to be true and there is no way my baby would start sleeping as good as the others, but it really does work. I contacted Katy after seven long months of horrendous sleep. My little boy would wake up multiple times a night to feed, sometimes every half an hour. I was so miserable and at my wits end, I finally built up the courage to contact Katy and it was one of the best things I have ever done. My boy went from co-sleeping since birth to being in a cot in his own room, doing on average nine hour stretches. He also takes two 1.5 hour naps a day consistently. We previously tried the cry it out method which was horrendous and obviously didn't work, Katy's approach is so much kinder and doesn't leave you feeling guilty towards your little one. Katy's support was second to none, she has a wonderful nature and made me feel at ease and like I could do anything. I really appreciate Katy's help and support throughout and how much she checked in on me. Thank you Katy for allowing me to sleep again and introducing calmness and normality back into our household. You are a game changer and I couldn't recommend you highly enough.

I cannot recommend Katy enough. Our 22 month old who was previously a great sleeper (we’d sleep trained at 6 months) started needing to be patted and sang to sleep and then would wake 2-3 hours later and want to sleep in bed with myself and my husband, resulting in no one getting much sleep as he moved so much. After 2 months of getting little sleep and trying a few things in between which didn’t work, we contacted Katy. She provided a 2 week plan which was very gradual and clear. She was on hand and was able to answer any questions we had in between. Our little one got poorly while we were doing the plan and she was able to guide us and tell us what to do and expect during illness which was super helpful. Our little boy now sleeps beautifully around 11-12 hours a night and 1-2 for naps.He rarely wakes but when he does we have the skills to know what to do. Katy also provided some great info and tips about sleeping away from home (our little one never managed this well) and we’ve successfully had two trips away and he’s slept amazingly. My only regret is not contacting Katy sooner. Thankyou so much Katy for all your help and advice.

Katy is a sleep magician! We struggled with our son's sleep for 14 months and I could count on one hand how many times he had slept through the night. Working with Katy was a dream- she was calm, kind and encouraging, making herself available for all our questions. After just two nights of her coaching, Bodhi slept through the night! And the next night...and the next! We are incredibly grateful, and feel like we have gotten our lives, energy and sanity back. If you are on the fence, do it. You deserve to sleep. Best investment we ever made. Thanks Katy!

I have just completed a 2 week plan for my 10 month old with Katy and highly recommend her. My son has been co-sleeping with me for like last 4 months and none of us were getting a full nights rest. I didn’t think it was possible to get my son to sleep through the night let alone in his cot in his own room. Following Katy’s advice and plan he is now sleeping through the night in his cot. He is also having better and longer naps during the day. Both of us are actually enjoying our time together and just feel happier. I am also now able to have evenings to myself and go back to the gym. Life changing. Katy has supported me daily through out the plan with all my questions and worries. Can’t thank her enough.

I have sleep trained both my children with Katy. My first child is 4 years old now and still has a brilliant sleep routine. My little girl is 8 months and we started working with Katy as she reached the 6 month mark. Katy’s plans are clear, easy to follow and she does her best to support throughout. Our little girl has definitely been more challenging than our son but Katy has been very patient with us. Our LG still wakes a little earlier in the morning than we’d like but it’s definitely a process, so we will continue to be consistent with her routine and follow Katy’s advice. Overall working with Katy has been brilliant and I’m happy with the progress we’ve made.

I could not recommend Katy more. Our son was really struggling with sleep, he was a good day time napper but nights were a different story! Needless to say we were both zonked and extremely tired parents! We also both work full time, so having a child not sleep through the night was just hell. Katy was a massive help (and still is), she devised a plan that worked really quickly, adjusting nap times and his schedule - and it worked! For us, there was limited to almost no crying in the process. I would say just follow your intuition as parents, our son didn't like being comforted and just wanted to be left so this was a pretty painless process for us. Thank you Katy!

We were so happy with our experience with Slumbertots! Firstly, it hugely improved our daughter's sleeping - within a week she was sleeping through the night (after waking up anywhere between 4-15 times a night for over 6 months). The difference it has made!! We wanted a gentle approach that didn't involve leaving our daughter crying for a lengthy amount of time. Katy was very personable, practical, empathetic and listened to our input as she formed a plan for us. She was incredibly prompt and thorough in her support responses and made adjustments depending on our daughter. We really appreciated that she looked for progress rather than instant miracles and everything she shared with us made sense. We also felt equipped going forward with the knowledge given to us that we could continue to manage her sleep when things like sickness and teething cropped up. We researched so many sleep consultants and so glad we decided to go with Katy! Thank you Katy!! Highly recommend Slumbertots!!

Katy helped us with our 9 month old child. Before working with Katy he woke several times a night, and was an inconsistent day sleeper. Within a fortnight our little one was mostly sleeping through the night and predictably through the day. Katy was very knowledgeable and very responsive. We are incredibly grateful for her help and strongly recommend working with her.

We were absolutely exhausted when we approached Katy as our 3 year old had been a good sleep for 1.5 years but then something switched and she just wasn’t sleeping well and waking up for 3-4hour periods at night! With Katy's help we’ve got a regular 7.30-630 sleeper and we couldn’t be happier. Katy restored our sanity and we’re still annoyed with ourselves that we didn’t reach out to her sooner! Couldn't recommend her more. So thank you Katy so much again!

Katy was so helpful, we're still in shock that our 1 year old has started sleeping through the night rather than waking hourly and nursing all night! Her approach is very supportive and didn't involve leaving our baby to cry for long periods. I also found the daily message support for 2 weeks very helpful and reassuring, I'm sure we wouldn't have been as consistent with the plan without this. I would definitely recommend Katy's services, the improvements have been life changing for us.

Our 2 1/2 year old girl has never been a good sleeper and we have been struggling to get her to sleep through the night over the years. Katy was methodical with her approach, first assessing our girl's behaviour and current habits , followed by a call to share with us the proposed method step by step. We have been given several tools to track progress and we have started implementing the plan . The results have started to be noticeable in a week and we are now seeing a much more resilient toddler , doing most of the time her nights ! I would recommend Katy if you want to start educating your baby toddler to sleep . Thank you , Katy !

After lots of deliberating we finally contacted Katie when my son was 14months. We had successfully got our first child into great sleep patterns by the time she was 11months but due to lots of changes in routine (moving house, holidays etc) we were not having much success on our own with our second child. My little one had ended up co-sleeping and bf for half the night and I was starting to feel broken as wake ups were starting earlier and earlier and becoming more regular. On our first call Katie was so lovely and really listened to our needs. She was flexible when my son was poorly and we had to delay our start date and gave advice on working around my husband being away a lot. The plans fitted well with my want to take a gentle approach and we saw changes almost immediately. My little one has gone from waking multiple times in the night/co-sleeping/night feeds to mostly sleeping through the night in his cot (waking only once if at all)! We are transitioning to one nap so feel confident that once we have this sorted he will happily sleep through every night! Katie has been brilliant as keeping in touch and checking in and her feedback was always detailed and really clear. Lack of sleep was affecting so many other areas of my life and I feel like such a huge weight has been lifted... It is amazing! Thank you so much for all you have done, Katie.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Katy who has been our rock before, during and after making changes to our toddler’s sleep. We asked Katy to help us as we were exhausted having to attend to our 15 month old son for hours during the night (he would only settle by being rocked to sleep and go down in his cot from 3rd or 4th attempts only). Sleep deprivation and back pain were our friends… Katy prepared us thoroughly for the process of the sleep training, we have gone through all possible scenarios (as we were scared something unforeseen might happen in the night and we’d start panicking). She was in touch with us every day that we needed her advice or reassurance. It has been a month that our son has ben sleeping through the night, falling asleep by himself in his room and we still think it’s a miracle! We can’t rate her highly enough. We would recommend to anyone who struggles with their kids sleep… to speak to Katy!

Amazing results in days. We reached out to Katy when our son was 12 months old. Our son woke every hour, or less, and had only slept one or two 4-5 hour stints in the 12 months, which were his longest stretches. We spent time ruling out possible allergies, reflux and airway issues before committing to sleep training. Prior to Katy, we had tried sleep online courses and a sleep app, neither of which worked. Drs and health care professionals told us that some babies don't sleep well and that they will settle eventually, but after a year of hourly wakes and feeling constantly run down and exhausted, we couldn't accept that the poor sleep would resolve itself. We were running off incredibly poor sleep, piecing the broken hours together, we would total 2-5 hours sleep a night. Our son would not nap lying down either, he would contact nap only, and we would have to sit very still. The naps were unpredictable. We had our initial consultation with Katy and felt very tearful, thinking that we could get some sleep and order back into our lives. We were also sceptical. We didn't understand how our son's sleep could be so bad and felt there must be an underlying problem. We followed Katy's schedule and believed it would work. We were committed and desperate for the training to work, and it did! Within days, the results were astonishing. Our son was napping in his cot at set times and he was sleeping for longer stretches at night. He slept through the night and learnt to self settle! 2 months on from the training, he is still sleeping 9-10 hour stretches at night and we are feeling well! We can't thank Katy enough for her help. Katy was always on hand for advice and really held our hand through the process. We achieved incredible results and will certainly work with Katy again if needed. We highly recommend Katy's service and have continued to sing her praises since working with her. Our son is enjoying his sleep and so are we:)

Highly recommend Katy's support - she helped us move our 8 month old daughter from waking every 2hrs, to sleeping throughout the night. Katy offers a calm and rational approach and is on hand for check-ins when needed. We're delighted with the results

We have used Katy for both our girls and she truly changed our lives for the better! When our daughter was 2 years old, we were going through a really hard phase with our daughter not sleeping all night and a newborn on top of that! Our 2 year old would wake up screaming for us if my husband or I weren’t sleeping next to her. When we contacted Katie, she straight away gave us the confidence to deal with our toddlers behaviour and gave us a very detailed sleep plan with timings that worked from day 1! By day 4, she was sleeping through the night on her own in her cot! We were so happy that we also contacted Katy again to help us with our 6 month old. Again she worked wonders as I was EBF and our baby was waking up every 1-2 hours. Within 3 days, our baby was only waking up once! Katy has given us so much expert advice and knowledge on sleep behaviour. She is such a lovely lady too and always happy to help us. We are so grateful to Katy as we finally have long evenings to ourself now!

When we contacted Katy when our baby was 8 months old, waking up to 12 times a night, co-sleeping every night and only motion napping. She is now sleeping through the night in her own room and doing long naps in her cot. Generally we can put her down, leave the room and she will settle herself to sleep within a few minutes. She is now a much better rested baby and is feeding much better in the daytime. As a household we are all much better rested, less irritable and running more smoothly. Katy was empathetic, re-assuring and very helpful throughout. I felt confident in her knowledge. Having tried various sleep training techniques before ourselves unsuccessfully, it was great to have a comprehensive plan tailored to our baby that could be tweaked in response to her along the way on Katy’s advice. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Katy’s sleep services, we are all now getting a lot more sleep! We contacted Katy after our 7 month old daughter had been struggling with sleep for several months and it was becoming unmanageable for everyone in our household. Previously, she would wake up every hour over night and was sometimes impossible to settle or put down which resulted in us co-sleeping but still waking every hour. Her naps were short and she was always hard to settle to sleep which resulted in her always being overtired and us getting frustrated. I was slightly apprehensive about getting support with her sleep as I thought nothing would change. However, during the two weeks we worked with Katy, her sleep dramatically improved with a lot less tears than I was expecting, even from night one. Katy’s plan was tailored to our family’s needs and our daughter. Katy talked through every step thoroughly and answered so many of our questions along the way to make things work better for us and our daughter. She listened to our concerns and feedback and offered advice and changes throughout the time working with her. The main change for us is how much happier our little girl is now. She goes down for her naps and bedtime on her own without any tears. She takes much longer naps and only wakes once or twice overnight to be fed, she has even slept through the night a few times since we put the plan in place! Working with Katy has enabled us all to to get more sleep but also to be more confident to support our daughter with her sleep and understand her needs more. Thank you Katy!

I contacted Katy when my little one was approaching 7 months. My little one is EBF and we had struggled with sleep since he was born - he has always been alert and excited to take in all the sights around him! He was either fed or rocked to sleep and the longest stretch of sleep he had ever taken was 4 hours once. Most nights he was waking hourly if not more frequently. My husband and I were really struggling with the lack of sleep, especially as we didn't have any other support around us. After seeing her be recommended on Instagram and reading Katy's reviews, I thought it was worth contacting her for guidance although I did think in the back of my mind that it would be too good to be true for her approach to work after so many months of broken sleep. After filling out a detailed questionnaire and having an introductory call with Katy, we started the 2 week plan. I found Katy's support to be fantastic - she clearly explained and documented the routine to try to follow, including timings, and she was quick to respond to any questions we had during our 2 weeks together. If things were going well and we hadn't asked any questions, she checked in herself to make sure we were doing okay. Our son seemed to adapt to the new approach quickly and from the first night we went from waking 5+ times to waking just twice or sometimes even once. Katy explained how we could reduce these wakings even further but we were happy with these feeds so decided to keep them. We also had an approach for timing daytime naps better. Since completing the plan (it's now 2 months on), we have faced illness, teething and mastering new milestones and we have had the tools from Katy's initial guidance to be able to get us back on track following these sleep disturbances. My husband and I are now able to enjoy our evenings together, we have lots more energy in the day and we can see how the longer stretches of sleep are helping our little one's energy levels too. Thank you Katy, for helping us improve our sleep situation in a way that suited us!

Katy gives tailored advice on your personal situation and after 12+ months of broken sleep my daughter has started sleeping through the night (I just need to sort out my mum insomnia now!). Instructions were clear and flexible depending on baby’s reaction and Katy was wonderful at keeping in contact. 100% recommended. Thank you Katy!!

We cannot recommend Katy enough. We have been co-sleeping with our 1 year old since he was little and it was going ok until he started to go to nursery at 9 months. He had than started to wake up every two hours at night needed a feed to fall back a sleep or to be rocked. Nevertheless the amount of crying before he would go to sleep. After two months of this “new routine” and neither of us getting a good night sleep we decided to find a sleep trainer and google pointed us to Katy. After reading the reviews we decided to invest these money for a better sleep and we probably should have done it sooner! Katy came to our house the first night and she helped me through the door sending me messages on what to do when in the room with my LO. I could not believe that my son was sleeping after only 20 min and he had fallen asleep on his own. During the two weeks plan there has been ups and downs but Katy was able to help giving us always the perfect advice and it always worked for the better. My son has since than been sleeping through the night perfectly and he does not make any sound/complain when we put him to bed. He falls asleep within minutes. Until two weeks ago I wouldn’t believe this was going to happen. I thought we would have never gone back to enjoy our nights. Katy gave us our nights back and our privacy! Katy was very helpful adjusting things that were not working and always coming back to my text messages with a solution. Thank you Katy.

Our little girl was 9 months and had previously been an excellent sleeper. But after a developmental leap, lots of travelling, weeks of frequent night wake ups and inconsistent napping we were exhausted and at a loss of what to do next so we contacted Katy. Through the pre-meeting questionnaire and during our meeting, Katy took the time to understand our needs as a family. We found Katy to be very knowledgeable and confident in the advice she was giving. Katy was extremely responsive and was on hand to provide a consistent voice, supporting us to help get our daughter’s sleep back on track. Our little girl started to adapt almost immediately to the new routine that Katy had put in place, and by night number 4 we had had almost full night sleep (aside from 1 feed in the middle) – if you’re reading this, then you know how amazing that is!! Our little girl has since had another developmental leap, combined with a stonker of a cold. While she had some sleep regression, the skills that Katy taught us have helped us to get her back on track. Thank you Katy!

Contacted Katy after months of sleepless nights. My sweet baby wasn't getting enough rest, neither did we. At nearly 11 months we thought impossible to continue that way. Katy offered structured plan to help our boy develop better sleep. It wasn't without tears but it does not last long and baby is always being reassured throughout the process. My little peanut is much happier now and so are we! Would definitely recommend đź‘Ś Would definitely recommend o

We contacted Katy when our little boy was 9 months old and after 5 months of very broken sleep. My husband and I were exhausted and struggling to be the parents that we wanted to be to both of our children as a result. Our little boy was waking up very frequently in the evenings, not to mention overnight, and could often be awake or very unsettled for a few hours overnight too. Katy was a calm and confident voice for us and really listened to our situation and our parenting and sleep philosophies. I told her that I had no problem with feeding him overnight and so our plan incorporated that. On the first day of the plan, we adjusted his naps and he went down without fuss and slept for much longer than usual. We saw huge improvements in how he was settling himself at night - without feeding to sleep - and the night wakings lessened over the course of the next few nights. Our little man went from looking permanently exhausted to coming on in leaps and bounds in terms of his development. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katy to anyone struggling with their baby’s sleep and wanting supportive plans in place to help everyone get better sleep.

I wholeheartedly would recommend Katy. With her help and advice I now have a toddler who sleeps in his own room, self-settles and sleeps throughout the night without waking. Previous to this our toddler wouldn’t sleep in his own own cot in his own room. He wouldn’t settle at night and we resorted to putting him in the car and driving around until he fell asleep. Getting him to sleep for the lunchtime nap was also challenging. Now, we are confident with the sleep routine and most importantly our child is getting sufficient and good quality sleep. Katy was thorough with understanding our situation and her sleep plan was gentle, simple and very effective. I was amazed at how quickly it worked. She provided great support whilst we were going through the two week plan. Seeking Katy’s professional help has been the best thing we have done to help our child. I only wish we had done it sooner.

We worked with Katy when our LO turned 6 months. We found her approachable and knowledgeable and our baby's sleep is much improved. We have personally found that there was a lot of crying involved which we found really really hard. I'd also say it took about three months for things to really click which makes me think there was a developmental aspect. We still have plenty of disturbed nights and crying. Overall I would recommend but would caution parents that think this will.be a silver bullet or a quick fix.

I can Highly recommend Katy if you are struggling with your little one’s sleep! My first born was very quick to sleep through the night but with my second, I was up feeding every 1-2 hours each night and she would only cat-nap for 30-45mins max. So I got in touch with Katy when I was absolutely broken with exhaustion plus this time had the fear that my 6 month old would wake my toddler too. Katy is a totally calm, reassuring and considered professional in all her responses and has been a pleasure to work with. She listened to our exact issues and even from her initial questionnaire, I felt she had helped me focus on what needed changing! Some initial tweaks saw my baby self settle without drowsiness at bedtime and she was able to go for much longer stretches of sleep by the second night of the plan. Despite a few hiccups (teething particularly bad through the 2 week plan), my 6month old now wakes only once for a feed which was the goal and she is able to nap in her cot three times a day without any protest. I finally have time for myself/can get on top of the laundry and drink a hot coffee before she wakes up which is priceless for a mum of 2. Katy was always very prompt in replying to my questions/issues and I felt very supported even when the official 2 weeks had come to an end. If you are currently up every 1-2hours with your little one and don’t know what to do to get unstuck -definitely give Katy at Slumbertots a try!

We contacted Katy when our LG was about 9 months old. I was (and am still) breast feeding, and that was her prop to get to sleep, so I was up and feeding her every 2 hours at night and only I could do naps and bedtime. I was exhausted and drained from the effort. Her dad was unhappy that he couldn't help and wasn't able to soothe or offer comfort, he was also waking up as often as I was, so we were both struggling. We started the plan when things were quieter at home (dad had holiday so no work in the mornings) and things changed almost immediately. The first night was really tough. Really difficult for all of us, but the second night was easier and night 3 she actually slept through. I have to say she does wake up once a night for a feed, but that's our next thing to try to drop now she's nearly a year old. Dad gained much more confidence with her and now finds nap times a doddle! After we were all sorted with our sleep routine we moved house, she started nursery, dad started a new job and I went back to work. So a lot of changes all within one week... NEVER AGAIN! BUT... she naps at nursery and they follow her naptime routine, she goes down to sleep happy and relaxed at bedtime and is only waking once or twice for a feed. Certainly nursery naps impact some of our nights, not to mention a lot of developmental changes (standing, talking, signing) but on the whole our sleep is much better and she is much happier for it. We couldn't have achieved this without Katy and her guidance. It has been quite honestly the best money we've ever spent.
