It was my first time using this garage. I booked my car online for an MOT. The website is easy to use. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. MOT was done on time which is fantastic. If the car had needed any work I wouldn’t have hesitated to have the worn done here. I will definitely be using this garage again. A fantastic local garage.

Big shout out to James, the mobile tyre fitter. One of my tyres was slowly losing pressure, and I'd ordered a tyre online, but he quickly diagnosed it was a cracked wheel rim rather a puncture, which was pretty bad news, necessitating a new wheel or an expensive repair to the existing rim, but he applied a patch to the existing one which is still holding. He also advised on getting a refund on the tyre I had ordered. So although I'll probably need a new wheel eventually, he has got me back on the road at minimal cost. Thanks James - great job!

I’ve used this garage three times before and have been extremely satisfied with the service each time! It’s the first garage I’ve ever been to in 8 years where I feel like they’re not trying to pull the wool over your eyes or get more money out of you. Always friendly at reception and willing to help where they can!

I had a problem with my car early in the morning, they fitted me in diagnosed my car and gave me a quote in a few hours and even had it done by the end of the day. The receptionists were lovely and offered to stay late when I was running late to collect my car, I would definitely recommend them and will use this garage again, so glad to have finally found somewhere I can go and trust I'm not being ripped off 🙂

This was my first time using The Garage Walton. I had an issue with my car's exhaust unit. I was very pleased with their work, especially as two other garages had said that it was too complex and they couldn't do it. The team repaired it without any fuss. I had to return to the garage to fine tune the issue, and the team were excellent in booking the follow-up appointment and fixing the problem. Booking the initial appointment was easy, confirmed by text and email. Overall, friendly admin staff, reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics and I will use them again if and when needed. Highly recommended.

Had break down repair, service, MOT and two new tyres, given original estimate, final invoice came out much less, couldn’t be more pleased and speedy response too.

I have been taking my cars/vans here for a good amount of time and really could not recommend this garage enough. Very helpful staff that go above and beyond and the new mobile tyre van has already been helpful after having a blow out on the M3. The guys came out very promptly and got me back on the road again 👍🏻

I took my old car in to have brakes checked as they were making a screeching noise and they were able to do it that afternoon at a reasonable price. The guys were lovely and I didn't feel taken advantage of by them, honest and thorough, feel safer driving my car now and will use them again when needed. Cheaper than quotes from the more advertised bigger companies, if you know who I mean ....

Great garage, always sorts out any issues I have. I got a major service and MOT done before and recently replaced all 4 tyres and always get great customer service. Will definitely be going back for my next MOT or anything else I may need.

Used this garage for the first time last week for an MOT after a recommendation from a mechanic that I use. Called in the morning and was fitted in that afternoon. The MOT was done punctually and was given advice on where to go to get an advisory matter remedied. Very reasonable too, first MOT I’ve had in years that cost less than £40. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

An unexpected breakdown led me to The Garage this morning. Despite being really busy, Sam was kind and helpful. Graham was also very friendly and quick in letting me know what the issue was. I particularly appreciate the honest assessment. (Being a female driver, it is refreshing when someone is not trying to rip you off) Both Sam and Graham were really on the ball and helped me with my flat battery. A fair price, honest info and quick service.

Highly recommend this garage friendly team from reception to workshop mechanics always happy to answer questions about your car. Excellent workmanship and do not add unnecessary items to your bill. Plus if it only takes 15 minutes to resolve there is no charge unless a part is used such as a new bulb or windscreen wiper in which case you just pay for the cost of the part

Hi yes they managed to fit me in for my MOT . On my way there the windscreen wash light came on . They put some more in for me immediately. They carried out the service whilst I waited. They waived the cost of windscreen wash and just charged for the MOT needed. They appear to have a call out vehicle that goes out to problems too i could be mistakenb buut it was an i impressioni I got from being in the office. Worth checking out...

Car towed in on Monday morning with fuel pump issues, courtesy car also provided. Fuel pump replaced (along with a new battery as that was on its way out) Telephoned at midday today to inform me car would be ready by 2pm. Excellent customer service and speedy turnaround on the repair. Can’t recommend them enough.
