The single room is very compact, it is of the kitchen's size. Even the chair won't fit in the room and you will have to adjust your luggage anyhow. Worst hotel ever visited.

They have shady policies in terms of late check out. First of all I would advice to completely avoid this hotel, If you don't want to listen to this warningal and still want to book this hotel then keep in mind a few things. 1)If you want to check out late always discuss the late check out fees and get that in writing, their verbal assurance is of no value as they deny what they have said. 2) Food is not great, it's better to eat outside as there are plenty of good restaurants. 3) For the owner, please train your staff better in terms of communication. Overall, I'm disappointed. Price is good but service isn't.

Hospitality is awesome. But the rooms are too congested. No working desk in any rooms. Outside food is not allowed and their kitchen closes at 9PM. Information on website and images makes the hotel look too big and spacious but in reality it is too small. No ways it is in any top list hotel as mentioned Top 3 hotels in Patna. The rooms are really dingy and small. Staffs are highly unprofessional and rude. If you ask them for handwash they will give you clinic plus shampoo sachets. Food was substandard. The rooms aren’t worth the price.

Room was small band congested for 1200 rs. Room was clean but pillow cover was full of hair. And coming to loot part. While the location is very good connecting to all roads near Pune Junction, rooms are very very small for the price range (Rs.2000). Ambience also poor. Staff respond too late. Breakfast is not buffet but opted food to room. Recommended only if you plan a stay for single person.

Location wise good especially for those having Patna junction related work. Staff behaviour is very rude especially of Manager.He doesn't have basic understanding of how to manage guests. The tariff and food prices are too high compared to the room size and status of the hotel... it's unnecessarily high priced. Overall the feedback is good. The Room sizes should be increased. have very less space. Power back up should require more focus as if the power supply gone the backup was taking 5-7 mints to start. So you have purely a black spot for these 5 to 7 mints. The room service is good.

Below average rooms, poor room service, pathetic after service, bunch of unprofessional. The only good thing is it's name' Bodhi Tree' Charges u for even for water, will get that too after 3 hours of continuous chase chase, No options in breakfast that too after min. 2 hrs of chase. Either accountant or GM or any important staff will be absent always and thus couldn't help u any time. Conclusion : Must consider to stay here if, only option left for survival.

A classic 5-star property with spacious and green exteriors within the heart of the city. As you would expect, service is great and rooms are also good. Rooms could have been a bit more spacious. Overall, certainly the best option around if you're looking for the premium stay. Given 4 stars not because there were some issues and while you'd find many more 5-star properties better than this, this might be the best one in Patna.

Decent hotel at the centre location, team is putting all their efforts to make the guest enjoy the stay, really appreciated.
