Well idk what to say about this property but prefer not staying here even for a second, restaurant is there just for papers and which is poorly managed, they take hour or more to prepare your orders. Had an awful experience staying there with my family. Don't take this hotel in your consideration even if you've no place to stay. Pathetic staff.

Excellent location. Good space for Parking , Maintained Swimming pool ( Complementary Swimming Costume is recommended ) . Overall service and care is good, but there is always a scope to improve. Hygiene and property maintenance is good.

Room is good but lack of maintenance. Food quality is good. Location is a bit outskirts. Swimming pool available. If you are travelling with car , you can consider the hotel.

Worst behavior of GM and billing stuffs at the reception of the hotel. They have charged 1000 for 2 plates only which broken by mistakenly. Foods are much costlier, bathroom are not maintained even after complaining. Room size is good but window AC is not working. Pool is not maintained

The swimming pool is lovely.. staff are very friendly & helpful.. car parking is available They have garden too Its Very close to ma tara temple Good ambience..highly recommendable And the food here is just fantastic.. anyone will fall in love with the place

Though the room was big enough but there was no proper service. They are not provide hot water, drinking water, and hotels rools were vary person to person.

Basically I have given this review because of poor service, rooms are not up to the mark, bad maintenance .Especially room number 403 and 402 you can improve the room quality. A mini bar is needed in all the rooms.Make these certain changes.

Bad employee charges extra for product which are not given while check in... Room products are also not provided as per room charges. For better review firstly change your hotel manager.

This hotel is good for family & also friends. There services are good. There employees are very gentle with staying people's. Ther is a pool and car parking area. The room services are good.

Well located, nice swimming pool, fantastic service. Balconies with each room is a pleasure. Food is good although the Restaurant decor is wanting. The lift is crammy but in working condition. Ample carparking space. Toto fare to Temple is Rs.15 per person

Really nice hotel. They do have a very good hospitality and the staffs are very much kind to the guests. The rooms are clean, well maintained and have nice interiors. They also have nice swimming pool. The prices of the rooms are quite reasonable. They also have their own restaurant in which one can get nice quality food at a reasonable rate. One can get the rooms at a cheaper price if those are pre-booked.

Service has to be improved a lot regarding room service & restaurant. Rooms are good & hotel as well. Great location. I recommend this place.

Hotel room was good, food was so so.. bt service was not good.. before reaching the hotel, called them so many times and informed that I have a small baby and all other are all above 70years persons. Please ready with the room. Check in time 12pm, we have reached at 1pm. Still none of the two rooms were ready. Then after 5mins they told one room is ready please go to first floor. Then after going to first floor we have seen nothing was ready, as I told all are aged persons they were not able to come again to the reception..we have waited somehow for 45 mins in the 1st floor itself in the stairs..this was a pathetic service which is not expected.. Will not recommend anyone (specially aged persons) for this hotel.

Rooms were good and spacious with balconies and good view. Swimming pool is very clean and maintained. Service needs to improve. The location is good. food quality is ok. Never taste their tandoori chicken,it's awful in taste.

The worst experience ever in my life. I am visiting tarapith and I use to stay in sonar bangla for the first time i visited here for exploring.There room service and availability of waiters in each rooms were very less than expected. There food quality was very bad. Moreover the main thing the management doesn't even know that of two families are visiting then the bill should be made by the member of two families and not one. So first check it out before making a bill that who are staying at your hotel. Very disappointed.Hope to see you guyz improving in future

Awesome hotel, available with AC room and non AC rooms also get free wifi and good room service , there is swimming pool and restaurant.

This is a decent hotel with good staffs. Rooms are bigger nd brighter with a balcony attached to it. Swimming pool needs maintenance. It was a nice experience with family at the hotel. It's approx. 600 mtrs. From the temple.

Staff Behaviour: 5/5 - Behaviour of all staffs are very good. 3. Amenities: 5/5. Every room amenities are well maintained. 4. Food Quality: 5/5. 5. Connectivity: 4/5 - Just 10 min. Walking distance. But all time Toto available at gate. 6. Security system: 4/5. 7. Extra Amenities: Restaurant, Pool. Note: Pool maintenance should be more aggressive. Because nowadays pool is an attraction of guests. If anything goes wrong that will impacts so many people health at a time.
