It

opening
at
7
am.
The
Barista
Adam
who
was
so
passionate
about
coffee
and
his
home
Costa
Rica
took
the
time
to
make
me
a
French
Press
while
explaining
where
the
coffee
was
from,
using
a
scale,
letting
it
rest
and
the
bean
type.
He
explained
all
the
awards
that
brand
of
coffee
has
won
too.
He
asked
me
what
kind
of
coffee
I
wanted
and
we
had
a
great
convo
during
the
process.
Awesome
way
to
start
the
day
and
it’s
rare
these
days
to
find
someone
who
loves
their
job
and
the
simple
things
so
passionately.
One
of
the
best
baristas
I
ever
met
anywhere
in
the
world.
And
the
coffee
is
Perfecto!
