Most of the Staffs are having attitude. Not at all polite. However few are good and helpful, including the branch manager. Wait time is long for most of the services.

Good Work One of the major attractions of the region, Joychandi Pahar is a delight for ardent rock climbers. The Pahar or the hill is named after goddess Chandi and a temple dedicated to her is situated at the top of this hill. To reach the Jai Chandi temple and seek blessings from the Goddess, one has to climb around 400 steps.

SBI now a days becoming most rubbish bank....there is an E-lobby which have 2 withdrwal machine and 2 deposit machine..........all the time I had noticed that both the deposit machine are out of service....I faced so many problem.....during the rain the door front become completely sank........just look at the image I have provided......you will get some idea.....also now a days sbi deducting money from bank without ant reason....

Wanna give 4star but I can't because the behaviour of the staffs are so pathetic(in this branch)... They even don't listen to costomers 👎 But this is SBI they provide me the best online Experience 😇

Its very busy place and full of people, but the branch strength is good and branch space is also good. It is equiped with sbi atm, sbi smart kiosk, sbi self help kiosk, sbi e-corner and sbi main branch. It has all the modern facilities but the problem is that people (sbi customer) hardly use the modern facilities by themselves and crowds at counters making a rush at the counters. employees are also very friendly .
