Good Ambience Good Food Have to wait a little bit befoe you get hands on your food.

Dropped in for a late lunch and we sure were in for a surprise. It was our first time dining in there, and the menu was quite a delightful surprise. The staff treated us with a warm welcome and directed us to our table. We ordered a special BBQ Chicken Dosa and a plate of chicken noodles. The Dosa was just amazing but to be honest, it felt much better without the chutney and as for the noodles, the portion was quite enough to fill a grown man and not so filled with spices. The space and lighting they've set up was quite refreshing. It feels like an urban art station inside. An alround experience for anyone in the area or looking for a place to dine out.

The joint located at Shastri road, Kottayam is a must visit for all food lovers. The ambience is simply comforting. The menu really is filled with mouth watering options that really lures you to break that diet you have set. My experience there was fantastic and satisfying. The friendly staff, good food and soothing music makes this an awesome place for a get away.

The ambience and the service is impeccable..but the food was a bit bland for me..haven't yet tried their barbecued chicken and other grilled items..burnt rice with dragon chicken combo was ok, the chicken stood out...also the garlic rice with military chicken was ok...rice had no garlic flavour..the chicken was a bit sweet...the Shanghai friedrice and chicken Tikka fried rice was also average..nothing amazed me..

We'll this is the only place which serves till midnight. Parking is available. Ambience of the restaurant is nice. Though they can improve on customer service. We ordered veg fried rice and paneer kofta curry. So the fried rice was hot, freshly prepared but was really bland. Had no taste. No salt, nothing. They did not even serve the accompaniments with this. The curry was sweet and the only dominant taste it had was cardamom. Flavourless food. It used to be really good though.

It's a great place to dine in at Kottayam. Had ordered a Bosnian kebab, Jamaican chicken and burgers. The food was yummy and worth trying. Revisted the next day for another dose of the delicious burger, although they could do with a little less sugar in their drinks.

Tried Schezwan chicken fried rice ,a hot and sour soup. I was not surprised, it was not really Schezwan though taste was good. Ambiance was so great, staffs were friendly. They have not provided any sauce for the fried rice or soup, even I didn't bother to ask. Price is quite hot and felt it's matching star hotels pricing. Its worth trying for any special occasions to make the day great.

So good. One of the best restaurants in kottayam town for sure. I have been here so many times and have never had a bad experience in terms of food or service. I can recommend this restaurant to any food lover without hesitation. Food food good service and reasonable rates and that is the speciality of the place. My only concern is that they keep serving food in plastic plates which I know is not good. I hope they change it as soon as possible. But overall I love this place.

Disastrously bad customer service. Behavior of counter staff is worst( middle aged man with specs). Initially told that it will take only 30 minutes . When asked about it after 1 hr, he was just replying arrogantly and couple of times he just ignored us or rather not even listening to wat we are saying. The people ordering thru swiggy ZOMATO may get more preference than walk in Customer. Food is tastier if it is happily served.

Really an amazing experience I had with my cousin. Went for a dinner at night on 27-02-2022. Never judge a book by its cover the same applies here... The ambiance is soothing never expected until we got inside. Food was amazing and with great quantity too ... Ordered hot n sour chicken soup , Arabic rice with Mexican chicken , chicken tikka noodles... Everything tasted so yum... Need to park most of the times far from the restaurant during evening time.

I had a highly disappointing experience at 12 to 12 restaurant. The service was beyond terrible. I called in to order Alpham for three people, and they told me to come after 20 minutes. I arrived as instructed, and they claimed my order was ready and had been ready for 20 minutes. To make matters worse, I ordered a single bottle of cool water, and they brought me a bottle filled with ice! 😂 When I complained, they blamed it on a lack of staff and said making the food when I call would cause it to get cold. If that's the case, why even accept online orders? The only saving grace was that the food itself was good.

My third visit. Food tastes good. Pannee n mishroom fresh. Chicken items were good. For veg lovers must try sultana fried rice which is enough for two ppl with some starter. While drinking any soup tell them give the noodles separately n not to out inside the soup as sometime it seems stale. Also humble request to the owner if the Card Swiping machine is not working plss display it on the main entrance .

I really like the place. It's quite a good atmosphere where you can sit alone and explore the tranquility. Also, we can meet a lot of people over there. The thing I didnt like is overcrowded sometimes and less parking.

I had heard good reviews about this restaurant from friends. While the food was tasty, it didn't have the authentic flavours. It's not very pricey, while I found the chicken pieces in biriyani as well as butter chicken calling out for some more cooking time. We enjoyed the meal, even though we had to join two tables ourselves to sit together and we were served in paper plates instead of keeping with the tradition of serving food in conventional plates. And, we drank water in paper cups. Of course, they were generous to give one extra in case one got dropped off the table. I will probably try take away rather than dine in next time. I can cook it for some more time if required as well as have it with proper cutlery. It has a good ambience for spending an evening with friends. The parking is limited and so you need to find some place along the road side.

Barbeque items are very good. But we ordered American chopsey and it was dry,raw and had very less chicken in it.

This new restaurant was a revelation for me. If you are tired of the crowd at the 12 to 12 outlet just next to this , you are in for a treat. The place is big and can accommodate a good crowd. The interiors are decently done. Service is ok. Food is good . Parking isn’t as bad as the other outlet. Overall a good experience

No good rolls. In the roll, they promised it would be romali roti Instead I got naan which was a thick and couldn't bite into. Do not order the roll, koco is better at rolls. The cashier was rude. I think maybe because he was busy.
