No need to stand in queue... I stood in queue for the first time after booking through online when I reached the counter the cashier told no need to wait in line if you have booked. Just go up there show the QR code that's it . The place is dirty can't complaint the establishment after all the people coming there should realise it and behave....

Very awful atmosphere. Rusted pillars and sheets , Narrow steps. Customers have to go through very adventurous shopping experience. Govt should atleast replace the old rusted sheets and pilers. By a Concerned citizen

Kerala government is getting great amount of revenue from liquor stores. They even not giving proper space to stand in queue and park your vehicle. Forget social distancing. Home delivery system must be promoted.

Sumply Nothing! By Mistake I Purchased a Brand Brandy Vsop, But at The Next Moment I Find My Mistake , and Asked the Shopkeeper that Kindly Exchange the item with Another Brand, But He in Rude Manner Refused it and stated its " Not Posst ti Exchange , once Purchased, But Argued that I Didn't Complete the Process of Purchasing" Again Re Denied and Made the Bill By the Next Counter. Very Vey Bad Experience!!!!!!!!

Items sold over-the-counter and online are different. This is an inconvenient arrangement. KSBC should consider selling all available items online.

Too many people and lot of time waste

It’s too hard to wait on that huge steps, and the person at the counter want us to spell out the pin code loud , we are not allowed to enter our own pin code, I don’t know why, i found it as a serious security issue.
