Pretty Good place With Paved Stone pathway, Beautiful Panoramic Views Of Mountains and varities of flower and trees. Toilet Facility Available And A canteen too. There's a specific Area For Boating Too but at the time we went its not operational. (നല്ല place ആണ്‌ കുട്ടികൾക്കും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടും). There is a small entry fee of 25 Rs For Adults.

It was a beautiful place but not the best to visit during April as it was really hot and most of the flowers were not in season we could only see a few of them . They have a lot of trekking paths which was pretty nice to walk through but it was really hot and humid weather. The boating station was closed on the day i visited so that was a no go. Not much to see there's a few swings for kids also present . The highlight was the ice cream shop to be honest in that hot weather and ice cream with a walk in the garden was heavenly .

A well maintained place and a must visit when you travel to vagamon. A wide variety of flowers and plants and a nice soft trek for the family. There is a pedal boat ride after walking inside which kids really enjoyed. Good spots for photos and to enjoy the views.

Vagamon Orchidarium & Floriculture Project is a botanical garden situated at Kolahalamedu in the hill town of Vagamon. Located near Vagamon Pine Forest, it is one of the must-visit Vagamon tourist places. Spread across 15-hectare (37-acre), it is known as the first orchid garden in Kerala. This was opened to the public in 2014 by the KFDC. The garden has some rare varieties of orchids that are found in the Western Ghats. The Orchidarium is a real paradise for those who love flowers and are interested in growing Orchids and roses. Vagamon Orchidarium has more than 3000 varieties of both indoor and outdoor orchids, 200 varieties of roses, hydrangeas, Bougainville and various other plants. Apart from the plants and flowers, this land is a collection of small meadows and a pond with open sitting and relaxing areas. The visitors can purchase Orchid and other flowers, seeds, from Orchidarium. There is an Eco shop from which visitors can buy Cardamom, Coffee, Pepper, Honey, Sandalwood, Sandal oil, Sandal Powder, Red Sandal, and many more. The Evo shop also offers refreshments like tea, coffee, ice cream etc in association with Milma. Timings: 8 AM to 6 PM Entry: Rs. 25 for Adults, Rs. 15 for Children. A refreshing experience to your eyes. Wide varities of roses, orchids, flowers and many more. Boating is available, but the lake is small. A small childern's play area is also available.

Good place. Some what okay maintenance. The entrance and some part of it is well maintained bit if you walk the trail a bit further it looks neglected. With a little bit more maintenance and effort, it can be a very good place for walking trail and may be excellent place for picnic and I would at least spend an hour here.

A very pleasant place of flowers, orchids. Boating available. A small snacks bar. Few swings, see-saw available. You can also buy plants from here. A good evening spot.
