It's one of the supermarkets in Tenkasi. Their servicing is not bad. If we purchase more, they pack our things properly in boxes. Water bottle and glasses seems little bit hike in price. Other provisions are good. The supermarket situated place is little bit dungeon. We can't park our cars or any other vehicles. Even parking the motorcycle itself little bit hard. Otherwise the supermarket is good one. When I was there, they had a card system. I don't know whether they still follow it. If you registered for a card, you'll get more reduction from the actual price.

Poor Customer Service. It seems so disgusting that staffs member in billing section are cluelessly uneducated about the product price, return policy and offers. And she use unparliamentry rude words towards customer. If the billing section idiotic staff doesnt change her attitude it will give big impact to the supermarket. Its my request for management to investigate and take necessary action against her..

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SUPERMARKET IN THIS CITY..ALL COSMETICS ARE AVAILABLE HERE..ALL PRODUCTS PRICES ARE VERY LOW COMPARED TO OTHER SHOP IN THIS CITY..

I have been shopping in this super market for more than 5 years and very disappointed today. No one was wearing a mask, literally NO ONE. There are shops (not only in metro cities, in Tenkasi) where customers are not allowed inside the shop without a mask. But here even the workers are not wearing the mask. One of the workers was sneezing and coughing without a mask, without a tissue. I was really scared. Covid-19 may not be a big issue for the shop or the workers, but they must value their customers. It is a closed space where there is no place for social distancing, so mask is really necessary. There is a lot of probability of getting the disease with no precautions like this. Not all the customers are same. Some may not have a big deal, but some customers will have elders/babies at home. Just think of them. Sanitizers are kept at the entrance for show casing. Your CUSTOMERS' LIVES MATTER TOO.

Their service is very slow, &very bad

Day by day, it is getting worse. Ac is not on and fans are not adequate. Went for shopping and got full sweat. Many racks are empty and not all the items in stock like before. I ll try to visit next one or two month and stop shopping there if nothing improved. Also charging 2% service charge for Sodexo card.

Such a worst attitude towards customer, don't know how to speak with the customers, especially the lady person who is in the billing section. Insulting the customer with a very louder voice infront of all the customers. Highly disappointed management sould take the necessary action against her.
