I recently visited here and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their snacks at reasonable prices. The baked goods were delicious and satisfying. The bakery also had ample parking facilities, making it convenient for customers to park their vehicles. However, the service could use some improvement. The staff was friendly but not very efficient in handling customer orders, which can be improved for a better overall experience.

M Kin is an amazing hub for anyone who appreciates good food. They bake their own special little snacks which are absolutely stunning, yet they don't cut down on the usual puffs as well. The quality is amazing and some dishes may seem a bit pricy, but it's worth it. Also, I've been buying cakes from them for a few years and they have always served the best. Rich in flavours and creamy at its best. Doesn't matter if you're looking into dining or planning a takeaway, they never disappoint!

Looks like a new food joint in town. It’s clean and well arranged. No parking congestion as the location is a bit after the town’s congested area. We had Chikku Shake and Soda Lime. Both tasted great. The prices are acceptable and affordable. Courteous approach of staff is a plus point. Hope the place will remain clean unlike the some others which deteriorated in due course.

No words to say.. Awesome tasty food. All the food i tried has there own flavour in that.. Really superb..Better say the the favourite one which i love in Pathanamthitta . A Must try their bun, breads, cakes, halwa etc.. I haven't seen any other bakery in Pathanamthitta like this.. I have bought many things from here and gifted to my friends which ended up those expecting the same gift always from the same bakery.

The cafe is beautiful , it's a popular place for bakeries Tried the shakes and they were tasty . Chocolate , vanilla and Vancho (it was a new flavor) but the taste was like a cake and yummy Tried the meat puffs they were flaky and meaty. The parking is limited , can get busy in the afternoon.but a relaxing places for school students and office staffs to quench their tiredness

I have been to other bakeries, and this is the best from around 30 km radius from Pathanamthitta . I always used to visit when off to pathanamthitta from Kottayam. I always surprised by the quality of their snacks at reasonable prices. Shocked seeing the quality and price of doughnut . Their special mixture and Kerala halwa liked me most. The bakery also had ample parking facilities, making it convenient for customers to park their vehicles. The cleanliness in the place is top at any time.Hats off to the team. The team work is something that learn by others too. This is a must try place. Highly recommend.

The cafe is absolutely good , enough spacious and everything is there .People come to order their customized cake . There can be more options in cafe but still price worthy . The pastries are flaky and meaty . I tried their chocolate shake , chocolate ice cream scoop , vanilla milkshake , butterscotch milkshake. They have all sorts of fresh juice , milkshakes etc . There is not much parking space but can get crowded during afternoon times and there are only limited seats .

Food poisoned me

Usually shop around Christmas for their delicious Plum Cake varieties. (Briliant in taste and love their variations to the traditional plum cake) Disappointed, shocked and hurt this time around. Found a sharp 1cm wooden chip/splinter in their Special Plum Cake variety. Would like to give the benefit of doubt of this being a rare mishap or a one-off occurence, but tbh appalled at what lapses in quality may have lead to this. Wonder what may have gone wrong if I had not noticed before eating the cake piece. Scary...

One of the best bakeries in the town to get quality items at best price. Many options are available to choose from. Customer service and ambience is appreciable. Both take out and dining option is available. Parking space is available infront of the shop. In Christmas season you get many variety of cakes.

Shocked to see the kind of service they have been providing since last few months. Last time when I bought few chocolate brownie the staffs kept them in a small paper box with one over the other and the chocolate part were sticked to the paper of one which was placed on top. Today, on 29th November, when I was in this shop there was only 5 pcs of chocolate brownies left. I asked the staff to pack them, he placed it in such a way that entire brownies would have lost its chocolate part. When I asked he said that’s how they used to pack it and they can’t take a bigger box for the same. Please do follow some basic principles of making a customer happy. Service should be fair as the customer does pay for the same, it is not as per your convenience. And finally to the management, please do check whether the staffs are happy working with you, sometimes they feel exhausted it seems, and that’s what getting reflected in their careless behaviour.

This place is a gem in the Pathanamthitta district. The variety of delicacies they have is fabulous. The freshness & quality of any product is of very high international standards. The cleanliness in the place is top notch any time of the day we enter the place. The employer employee relation is something that every business needs to learn from. The respect they hold for each other speaks volumes of why the place is spectacular in every aspect. Quite flabbergasted by the extent of measures they have taken to maintain the place up to international standards from every angle. People often like to complain about the high prices such places charge but they never open their eyes to see the amount of investment they have done to keep the place spic and span & quality of products top notch. Pick any product, it is of very high quality. We got to try the regular bakery products, fried chicken, pizza etc.,. Everything is made with so much care & attention to maintain high safety standards. The taste of the food is premium. This is a must try place. Highly recommend!!! I like their coffee, sandwiches and Arabian sweets. They are really good.

They have a good variety of foods, most of which you won't find anywhere near here. Went there to get wheat bread and it was really good. The prices are a little on the higher side and lacking a little in customer friendliness.

An avg bakery with decent ambience. But I felt that the prices are on the higher side. That's why I shaved off two stars. I don't feel that the price and quality is not proportional. Also the quantity of juices offered are very low compared to the price. So yeah nothing bad about the food and drinks. You can try out this place of course.

Although I haven't been here, I recently received a tub of Nescafe Butter Cookies and I simply cannot get enough of them; they are incredibly delicious. A perfect combo of the Shrewsbury biscuit and a cup of coffee all in a cookie. The idea that it will soon be finished devastates me.(If I need to restock on cookies, a flight from Dammam to Cochin and a road trip to Kozhencherry will be a little pricey. 🤔)

Really good snacks and items! Try their Halwa (black), it's yummy. Even for those planning to carry it aboard, they will make sure they do a thorough packing. Just let them know in advance.

The live sandwich counters are meant to provide freshly prepared Sandwiches with enough fillings and size and it's not to be a regular sandwich that we get from the normal bakery. Here the live sandwiches are like or below regular sandwiches in shape and quantity and the price is also more than the burger items available. I think it's better to have burger rather than having sandwich. Chicken sandwich is a long bun filled with chicken gravy and that gravy was also not cooked properly.

Booked in advance for a birthday cake 1.5kg 2 days brfore and they provided a receipt. Today I visited for the cake but cake was not ready got excuses like, "cake May reach 3pm or after", " main receipt was missed, " cake powder was finished ", " cake vehicle not yet reached " and " cake maker didn't listned my instructions ". Even though Staff have no manner to say sorry for their mistake. At last I bought 1kg cake from the display box.

I ordered a cake for one of my friends close relative. Initially I thought it wouldn’t be possible during the pandemic time because i never knew about this shop and their services. I randomly called and they really provided a great customer service and the cake so was perfect and delicious. Reasonable price and best delivery on time. Great work!!
