There is a serious communication gap between the front desk and the other staffs. Once you get in we communicate the services required in the front desk however this is not communicated properly to the person who comes to attend us. This has happened twice with me and still this remains the same. I feel sorry for the staffs who have to ask customers again on what all services we need, which has already been communicated in the front desk.
