Very nice ambiance and the items ordered was tasty. Coffee dishes are their mains. For remembrance occasions it's a good choice. Feels like a bit over priced. But for once in a while, it's a good place for a try.

Very nice ambience. We tried the Mocha and it was superb!! Had the right balance of coffee and sweetness (not too sweet). Slightly expensive but would definitely recommend.

This is one place that u could put ur feet down after shopping inside lulu . The English muffin is yummy I took blue berry flavour. I also ordered a cappuccino for myself. The muffin wasn’t too sweet it had a good taste of those yummy blueberries. The coffee was rich and flavourful. The steamed milk in that aromatic coffee was a match made in heaven.

Loved the coffee. We ordered mocha and a latte, both were perfectly prepared. We also ordered two Bombay sandwich and they also tasted great. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

Was surprised to get pretty good coffe here. It was not crowded when I went in. Has pretty good setup.

Can’t help but appreciate this café enough. I’ve visited them many times and they’ve never disappointed me. Perfect coffee each time, very polite staff, great interiors and good ambiance. Hope they maintain these standards all the time.

Premium range cafe. Good Quality and great ambience.

Ordered their new dreamy chocolate fudge. The ad shows with whipping cream. I got my order in a cup covered with a straw. When I couldn't get any from the sip, I saw ice cream, which I never asked for. When I told the staff, they said they ran out of whipping cream. Instead of letting me know it isn't there, they decided to bill me 343Rs and provide me ice cream instead. The service isn't great.

The negatives - Did not serve the muffins or the cake warm. Did not ask what size cup of coffee required and charged and served large size. The staff know nothing about coffee. Have been trained to just make and serve. The postive - Great ambiance. Nice interiors and seating. Staff are very polite and pleasant.

Very poor customer service and untrained staffs,a regular customer fo 4 to 5 times and every time the service disappoints with bubbly missing in frappe,or medium to large order delivery mistakes,no smiles,or an attitude like never mind style. Last visit we had argument with staffs Aiswarya Nair and Anish regarding the services they provided and we escalated the case to their manager sebin and he had promised to change these attitude problem staffs.

Good and comfortable seating in a vantage location. However the coffee was mediocre, the snacks stale and the staff certainly needs to be better trained to service an upmarket coffee shop
