I
recently
had
the
porotta
and
alfaham
at
Hotel
Makkani,
and
I
was
overall
impressed.
The
alfaham
was
cooked
well,
with
a
good
balance
of
moisture
and
crispiness.
It
wasn't
too
oily,
which
I
appreciated.
The
porotta
was
a
bit
chewy,
but
it
was
still
hot
and
fresh.
I
would
have
liked
it
to
be
a
bit
softer,
but
it
wasn't
a
deal-breaker.
One
downside
of
Hotel
Makkani
is
that
they
only
serve
soft
drinks,
but
that
wasn't
an
option.
Overall,
I
would
recommend
Hotel
Makkani
for
a
quick
and
affordable
meal.
The
food
is
good,
and
the
service
is
friendly.
Just
be
prepared
for
a
chewy
porotta
