I pulled off the highway following a sign for Taco Bell. After driving for over a mile I finally found where the Taco Bell was. Famished, I quickly ordered at the kiosk: two beef burritos add tomatoes add potatoes, grilled. After standing for 5 minutes waiting I saw an employee begin an order of beef burritos. He did not add tomatoes, he did not add tomatoes, and he did not put them in the grill. He attempted to serve these to me and I immediately told him that I watched him make them and that he did not add potatoes tomatoes or grill them. Trying to get to work in Sumner I'm on limited time to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. I do not have time to stand for 10 minutes waiting on an order to be made incorrectly. I especially don't have time to have a simple order need to be remade. I said I wanted a refund oh, I was given my refund in cash without being asked if I'd have rather it gone back on my card. For the record, I would have preferred it to go back on my card, I hate cash. The floor and hygiene of the place was abysmal! So much so I snapped a few photos of the kitchen before I left and promised to write this review. This place should be shut down by the health department. I'm lucky I didn't eat here I'm sure I would have gotten terrible diarrhea. If these people are as inept at cleaning as they are at fulfilling a very simple fast food order then I am certain I would have gotten sick.

Our server was Grace and I have to admit there are very few people in the business of food and restaurant who go above and beyond in taking care of their customers. Her positive behavior only speak volume of this Taco Bell. The place was very clean and organized. We will be back for more food. And hope to see you all again.

Good customer service and a clean dining room for a fast-food restaurant! But most of the Taco Bell in the area has a dirty dining room.

3rd time I've been to this taco bell. Usually it's fine, this time they got my order wrong (but it was correct on the recipt), but the worst part is that there was plastic in my taco. Literal pieces of plastic like from a bag. Luckily I opened them up before taking a bite, plastic in food is completely unacceptable

The general manager lady tawana was very rude and kicked me out because of a simple conversation I had with a employee there and tried to turn it into something it’s not and had me banned.she has a hatred towards me ever since I started going there always making smart remarks about my clothing personal life and financial situations...I tried to laugh the jokes off that she always made to me but when they always keep happening to me it seems personal and very unprofessional and disrespectful...she’s always just sitting in the office eating and never changes her gloves or sometimes never wears any...she doesn’t control her staff and lets them do whatever and act however they want and she smokes nasty cigarettes out front of the store on her breaks...she needs to be held accountable and I will reach out to her superiors!!!

Damn shame because this taco bell used to have its stuff together... Now it's an absolute disaster... If you're a delivery driver just steer clear of this one... So long as a car is in the drive thru (which is always) they prioritize it... Most times they don't even start the uber or doordash orders until the driver arrives! These are supposed to be ready for pick up! Making drivers wait 30 mins is ridiculous when we should never wait more then 5mins! We don't get paid while we wait... This place is screwing over the drivers period...

I ordered through DoorDash around 10pm. I got 2 steak chalupas and both of them pretty much skimmed the steak, filler was a ton of salad hardly any sour cream and shell was stale and pretty much inedible.

Tell me things that I don't like about the Taco Bell is the drive-through line and the way that the parking lot is set up it gets a. Little bit ridiculous and not safe for cars that come in-and-out of there to the other businesses and how long the line gets there is it's. Not really a designated way people can wind up there without blocking people in deterrent other businesses but other than that I like the food there. It's a great little place to you know drive-through and get some tacos. I liked it just the drive-through parking or drive-through fine is a bit ridiculous to manage especially when busy.

Taco h*** used to be one of my favorite little quick fast food restaurants, but they have really gone down... I don't think the meat is real? And the shells do not stay together anymore they get soggy real fast.. If they put cheese 1st and then the meat that will help the shells to be soggy.. That's a tip for free!! Somebody help me? I can't go here anymore they always get your stuff wrong they don't listen either....

Everytime I go through they get my order completely wrong, they don’t give me things I paid for or today my husband asked for his spicy and we very clearly asked for my stuff not spicy and they put jalepenos on everything, which I’m allergic to and so I couldn’t eat anything. We let them know nicely and nothing changes. The management and staff here just sucks, our order has never been right and it’s just ridiculous. The taco bell downtown almost never screws up anything. Also the quality at this one is so much worse.

Employees were very busy visiting with each other. No customer service. Wanted to order at the counter not the kiosk. Sign said you have to order at the kiosk but I didn't notice it and stood there trying to get someone to take my order but of the 8 people working only one asked eventually and then when I said I wanted to order turned their back and went on doing other stuff. Tacos were soggy when we got home and bottom of shells fell apart. Definitely not going to this location every again

I was missing a chicken taco and I went back one of the older ladies I think thought that I was lying but I always park and check my food , since it was a big order. To make sure I got everything. So anyways, I went back and let them know that I was missing a chicken taco and the lady that was working the drive-through. (I wish I got her name.) but she was working at 3 PM on Saturday. And she was dark skinned., she was super nice and apologized They gave me a free, cinnamon twist, and some coupons on my next order. . Now this is probably the best customer service I got from a fast food place.. she was awesome !!

Clean.. Customer service is hit or miss. Our daughter loves the baja blast freezes. When we've gotten food here, it's never been messed up. Anytime I've gone inside the co workers are complaining about their life, Last time it was how expensive rent is that they don't have enough money to buy new shoes. Welcome to the club. That's a lot of people right now. The manager was just sitting in her office on her phone, laughing. All while I'm waiting on help at the self order screen. It took me staring at them to get help. No issue if I go through the drive-thru. I'm not sure why my neighbor loves working here. Maybe cause they're not strict.

It was good, everything was well cooked, but when I got the chicken and added beans, 98% of it was beans and no chicken. Than on the other side. There wasn’t even anything, no cheese, nothing. It looks rushed and not don’t correctly. I paid $30 for everything, definitely not worth it. Hoping to get my money back

This location aways offers hot sauce at the window. I request mild everytime. But, I never actually get a handful of mild sauce. Not even 1 sauce packet for my two barritos that i had just ordered. It's really annoying. So, I thought, I rate the service while it was on my mind.

They were not busy. The service was improper, inadequate, and subpar. I only ate half of my crunchy taco supreme, when suddenly I felt sick. I will Not be going back to that particular Taco Bell.
