Per U-Haul contract to drop off location was at this location. I didn’t even get a foot in the door when one of the women working told me that I was not going to leave that there and Told us to go to a mystery Chevron. At no time did that U-Haul representative for Maple Valley storage bother to tell us where our drop off location was. That woman was one of the rudest women I’ve ever had to deal with. I would think twice about having to drop off your you all at that location. Employees again where some of the rudest I’ve ever come across.

Very, very rude! Horrible customer service! From both the general manger and the employees! I felt racially profiled and discriminated against by the way they were talking to me and treating me. Aggressive tone in their voices from the minute they started talking to me! Both on the phone and in person. Aggressive body language display from the so called “general manager” and completely Unfair pricing! Wouldn’t recommend finding another storage unit!

If your looking to get robbed look no further you’ve found the right place! Theft is common here. Also have seen a few meth heads living in the units.

Update: I have been renting with a storage facility for over a year now, and I am so happy! I have had to move units to get bigger ones back to smaller ones and with each move or issue that I’ve had for my belongings they have been there to make it a smooth process. I feel comfortable with my belongings being there and the manager Casey is phenomenal! So glad I’ve chosen this place! So friendly! Very good with explaining everything in detail so I knew what I was getting and what I was paying for. I really like the drive up unit and the key fob option for the gate!!

Very friendly staff. Paperwork process was efficient easy to understand and sent electronically. Good pricing as well.

I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks, especially for your outstanding customer service. Our space was easy to reserve and it was a great price and location. Completely clean. But today I needed extra help buying a wide variety of moving boxes, too. Cat was super nice and knowledgeable and very helpful. I can’t thank her enough - moving is stressful and she really helped me! Very appreciative!

Fantastic service! I’ve used them on and off over the years for both long term and short term storage needs. I highly recommend them. If I ever need storage again, they will be the first place I call.

I rented a small storage unit from Maple Valley Mini Storage. I only had the unit for a few months, but every interaction I had with the workers was incredible. Super quick to respond to emails to any questions or concerns that I had. I spoke to Julia most often and she was incredible. Reserving a unit can be done online 24/7, the use of individual codes made me feel like my items were safe and secure. When I first went to check out my unit, I found that they had a lock in my unit that I could use (You do have to pay for the lock) but the connivence of it being there was perfect for me. You are also able to access your unit any day you need to. Not to mention the affordability of the unit, the best prices I was able to find. It was also easy to vacate the storage unit. Everyone I've worked with while renting at Maple Valley Mini Storage has been amazing. Thank you! You guys rock! :)
