Ben was outstanding! We stopped in while here for a day on our cruise, and our experience was a highlight. Definitely need to stop in for a cocktail flight and some fun education from Ben.

I do not frequent distilleries but very much enjoyed my experience! Ben was at the bar and was very informative not to mention a great guy! I could have gotten out with just a tasting but ended up spending well over a hundred dollars for a gift pack, 750ml of absinthe, and 8 single serve cocktail cans that I expect to be great! Thank you Ben, you are awesome at your job!!!

Pilot House has unique expressions of whiskey, Oregon single malt (aged at sea!), gin, vodka, and “agave spirit” (it’s tequila but legally can’t call it that I guess). Rum and absinthe too if you’re adventurous. They also have canned cocktails (10% ABV) that are great for going camping, to the lake house, etc. Super convenient when you don’t want to fuss with a million ingredients for Bloody Mary. Or for a gift basket! We try and stop by anytime we are in Astoria. They have a Portland location too but I haven’t been yet.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Great distillery to visit. I am not a Gin fan but there's is amazing. The atmosphere is cool and the bartender mixed some tasty drinks. The prices are reasonable and well worth returning multiple times.

So glad we stopped by after going to Reach Break Brewing. Mike was our libations specialist and was great. I will tell you this, they have great craft cocktails and spirits. There whiskies where delicious. There is something for everyone there. Can’t wait to go back!!!!!

A special selection of local spirits. This is classy but homey, for enthusiasts and novices. Buy a bottle or two! They are reasonably priced and I think the consumer is truly getting a great deal for spirits of this quality. Cheers.

We had an incredible experience at Pilot House Distilling! Their Jalapeño Vodka and A-O Come Hell or High Water whiskey were out of this world! The jalapeño flavor in the vodka was a delightful surprise, and the sea-aged whiskey had an amazing depth of flavors. The staff at both the Astoria and Cannon Beach locations were friendly and knowledgeable, making the visit even better. Highly recommend checking out Pilot House Distilling for unique and unforgettable spirits. Cheers!
