    Worse experience ever. Owner Jack Graham wouldn't stop interrupting while the very nice employee was trying to help me figure out an issue. He ended up causing her to open one of the boxes we had just finished. I asked him to please stop at least 3 times cause we were figuring it out. He was so very boisurtous and loud but wouldn't stop. Very arrogant person for sure. He even neglected his own customer he was supposed to be helping and just ignored them so he could continue making me as a customer more frustrated and clearly he was upsetting his employee. Can't imagine just how demeaning and rude he was to her after I left. She was so very polite.

    Would love to be contacted by management regarding a rude, and unprofessional employee at this location. She was impatient, rolled her eyes, and gave an attitude during my full interaction with her. Clearly she was in a hurry to leave and I and other customers were an interruption. **Update spoke to the owner** Shared my experience and unfortunately the owner had had no interest in the feedback. He didn’t even apologize for the rude and awful employee representing his store. Sadly this just shows that this store doesn’t value customer service.

    Unfortunately, the employees here were a bit unhelpful, blunt, and rude. As an introvert, I'm not a fan of small talk, but there was a lack of tact and professionalism, in my opinion, which can make for a pretty nerve-racking experience trying to print a label and ship something when it's not a process you're familiar with and you encounter a problem. They wouldn't print my label because they said UPS would never take a package as big as mine even though I had a prepaid label from the company I was making the return to. I told the company that UPS couldn't ship it, and they had never had this problem before.

    The owner, Jack Graham, is impossible to work with. I had three Amazon items to return and three QR codes. But, it wasn't clear if each item had an individual code or not because there were duplicates of the same item. At first, I tried explaining that I had two of the same item in one package and the third item in a second package. He didn't care and said it's one item per code. He labeled the two packages and put the third label on an empty package (seriously). I told him again about there being two items in one package. He got more annoyed and frustrated, so I started helping him, which wasn't difficult because the packages weren't even sealed to begin with. He was rude and it was an extremely unpleasant interaction in front of a store filled with people. Also, after leaving and looking at the receipts, it was not one item per code. I had it arranged properly when I arrived, so this could have all been avoided if he read the package item quantity upon scanning. I never had an issue working with anyone else from this store before.

    Janet helped me with multiple Amazon returns today. Her friendliness and patience was undeniably impeccable. This was one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!     We’ve been using UPS stores to receive and ship packages for our trucking business to reach our truckers for a while and we’ve always had pleasant experiences. The UPS stores are usually really accommodating and welcoming. I believe the owner of this Tumwater UPS store Jack Gray is completely unprofessional. His worker was pleasant and was in the process of completing the order and he stopped it. He said I could be a fraud. The nerves of him to automatically assume a customer is a fraud. I actually have a UPS box at another store, which they must verify identity to allow you to have a box and offered to have the owner from the other UPS franchised store verify my identity. He could of even called them as I suggested. I believe if I wasn’t African American he would have been more accommodating to me. I told him to Google me and call our company and offered to send a picture of the card with our trucking company name on it with ID or complete payment online. Everything I offered to do to make him feel comfortable he cut me off with “No”. Every African American isn’t a fraud Jack and there are still good people in the world. He hung the phone up on me and was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I would suggest if you’re African American don’t do business with this Jack Gray person or his business!!!!!!!!!!

    The cashier behind the counter who says her name is just ‘cashier’ doesn’t claim to know what a hardware wallet is and has no business arguing what the declared value of the items are. She thinks I want them covering crypto coins. Instead of the hardware I am sending. Hello stupid, stop arguing about declared value you dont know what you are talking about. My intellectual experience at your store is duly noted.

    The store is unreliable it randomly closes because they're short staffed how do you run a business like that ? Next time I'll just go straight to Olympia UPS versus messing around with Tumwater And their unreliability Maybe they need to hire enough staff

    I had heavy shipment of items. Jack provided boxes, shipping and got them on their way. A problem in shipping happened.. Jack expertly, professionally and with courtesy handled the issue. "He was on it!" I so strongly recommend his business and service.

    I came to this store to have some documents notarized, faxed then mailed. While I waited to have my book of pages faxed, I watched Jack and his wife efficiently help close to 50 people in less than an hour. It was amazing! They were polite to everyone! I couldnt believe how many people came through in that amount of time. Thanks for all the help and the show guys! Slayed!

    Needed to get a program printed. Was very surprised when they put it on a copy machine and ran it off. The finished product was meh…but figured it would do. After paying a substantial amount I discovered when folding that the gal cut them SMALLER than the original. Totally NOT happy. Be warned. They do not offer good printing services as advertised.

    Lb 80 package and Ihad UPS bar code on my phone , no printed label , my printer was dead ! Angry little old UPS lady told me there was absolutely no way they could help me with getting a label for me . Other UPS stores have printed a label for me , no problem ! This Angry little old UPS lady told me again there was absolutely no way they could help me so I controlled my use of verbally applicable and appropriate words and just lugged my 80 pound package out of there .Oh well , If responding UPS person had asked for my phone Number to sort things out I would have believed her sincerity .All I got was some .com address . no person ,

    As a business owner and veteran, I always support local franchises. Especially in this economic turmoil. This company is efficient and friendly and believes in the freedom that being an American is all about. Maybe this review will in some small way offset the ridiculous bad reviews such as people upset at ups for for delayed deliveries, which is not anything the UPS store franchise has any control over. Hopefully the owner and workers know they are appreciated.

    Nice UPS Store. The staff is helpful and efficient. Parking lot is small, so finding a space can be a little tricky if it's a busy time.

    Charged me $16.00 for a book of Stamps that cost $13.20, called and they hung up on me.....They couldn't care less that I was not happy! BIG RIPOFF PLACE TO DO BUSINESS, will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
