West Seattle Water Taxi Pier

Tourist attraction

👍👍 Best way to visit Seattle without having to worry about parking. Street park for free on the West Seattle side and for under $6 each way … you are set for the day. From what I researched parking was easily triple that for a day in the city! People often mention taxi, Seattle, water,

Always a great view on my way home from work. I even suggest taking the water taxi just because. Friendly enough staff and they ride all day back and forth between west seattle and the main dock.

Great views of Seattle from the Pier! Fishing is allowed but no swimming or diving. The water Taxi can be crowded, so you may want to arrive early. It's free to walk out on the Pier, water taxi tickets can be purchased at a couple pay stations before you walk onto the pier.

This is a very clean and timely taxi to Seattle West. Very impressive skills the captain of this large vessel. Funny but I am alway impressed by his docking skills. The other mates helping run the taxi are always so kind and helpful Thank you all for your service

Fast and easy way to get across the water to downtown. The cost is very reasonable. Parking has never been good to me any time of year though. I’ve had to walk 30 minutes just to get to the taxi.

The water taxi is so fast in and back out. Everyone waits for the people to get off the boat and walk up the Pier, before they start walking to the taxi. Pretty good system.

This water taxi takes you to Seattle's west area. Nice area. Friendly folks. And a great little restaurant as you come off the taxi. I'll come back and edit this post with the name and more details. It's definitely worth the ride. I sat on the top back seats because it turns around and the view was great as it headed west. You could see the famous Needle and the building's skyline. Yes, Seniors get discounts for the ride. My Fam was jealous!

A fun and relaxing way to get downtown from west seattle. Great for tourists exploring the area or locals skipping over downtown for events.

I love the water taxi! Great way to park for free and pay $4 to go to a Mariners or Seahawks game as well. Bonus that you get to ride a passenger only ferry.

We had to wait a little, but they were running on a Sunday schedule for the 4th of July, so every hour on the half hour.

I like the convenience but there are no signs and parking is limited along the shoreline. None of the kiosks were in working order, forcing one to use the website which is awkward at best. I'm not a huge fan of this new system but at least on the waterfront side there were plenty of working kiosks.
