Great rooms with character. Superior rooms have nice sea view! Nice location, walking distance to the centre. Comfortable mattress, nice linen, painting on walls, bathroabs and slippers. Water bottles, sweets, and refreshments in the fridge for free! Very clean rooms! Good coffee at the breakfast. Nice and cosy breakfast area. Helpful staff. Need some adjustments though... The sensor in the bathroom is quite a problem... Every 3 minutes you had to stop your shower, open the shower door and move your hands to have the light open again....😕We discussed this with the owner and said that this is not a problem! Pressure of the water is a problem, too. The breakfast was cold snacks. If you prefer something like this it's not a problem. And... the husband of the owner was rude on the phone. I'm not the first one mention this... It's unbelievable to behave like this to the customers. It's a shame. Her husband though, is a very helpful and kind person!

This petit hotel is a huge departure from the usual guest houses and hotels found in the greater area. Every room is beautifully and individually decorated, immaculately cleaned and super cozy -if somewhat small and a little crammed. The prices follow the usual tend of other guest houses in the area but I feel that you get a lot more for your money. Or room has a great view of Kymi village and the quay as well. I'd be hard pressed to think of things I didn't like during my stay... The rooms I believe are not suited for families but rather for couples. Parking outside the hotel may prove difficult. Obviously, if you really need to be as close to the sea as possible then this is not the hotel for you.

That was a magic esperience. An hotel perfect with a stunning landscape where you can touch the genuineness of the greek people something hard to find around the wordl. Amazing breakfast served on the balcony.

16th to 19th of July 2021. Couple's trip. Pros: 1) Really quiet and only few meters away from the living center of the town. 2) Mr.Antonis, Mrs.Maria and the cleaning lady were all genuinely polite and really helpful and they adviced us where to eat. 3) Fluffy soft pillows and cleaning every day. They are also changing towels every day. 4) Spectacular view of the sea and of the island of Skyros. 5) Different breakfast every day, according to your preferences. They even can bring it to your room and sit on your balcony with the view. 6) Rooms with a character, since each of them has its own color (we had the light green room called Amfithea with the painted angels above our bed). 7) They have free toiletries at your disposal like soap, shampoo, disinfecting wipes and antibacterial gel. 8) The owners gave us a small gift to remember our trip there (a decorative flower for our coffee table). Cons: 1) It is located on the middle of the city of Kymi, up in the mountain & not at the port of Kymi. So, you have to rent a car to go to the beach. The nearest is at the port, so 4km away & the nicest (organized with umbrellas and bar with refreshments and food) is 7km away. 2) Inside the room there is floored air-conditioning, that works. But, if you want your room to be like North-Pole-ice-cold, then you will be disappointed. Overall, our staying there was a nice experience and I am sure that we will visit it again. Delightful small hotel, with breathtaking views, sweet and kind staff , who just wanted us to feel comfortable, wonderful breakfast, everything is done with hearfulness.

This fantastic luxury property has an exquisite art design theme throughout within an easy walk to Ano-Kymi central square and major attractions. The suites are dreamy! Breakfast is focused on unique homemade touches made by the owner, impressive not only the breakfast spread but the table setting as well. Highly recommended mostly for couples and newlyweds.
