Visiting
the
salon
seemed
promising
initially
but
their
service,
after
service
was
horrible.
I
specifically
asked
for
a
senior
artist
but
the
artist
i
had
clearly
was
not
a
senior
artist.
I
had
to
explain
him
multiple
times
what
i
really
wanted
and
in
process
my
hair
was
coloured
three
times.
I
even
complained
to
the
manager
but
no
check
in
was
done
to
see
if
i
was
happy
with
the
services
as
they
got
their
money
and
that
is
all
that
mattered
to
them.
The
artist
who
did
my
hair
was
quite
unprofessional
as
he
was
calling
on
my
personal
number
from
his
personal
number
to
not
come
at
a
certain
time
as
it
was
not
convenient
for
him.
Which
I
understand,
but
it
should
have
been
Salon’s
issue
to
deal
with,
not
mine
as
my
color
was
ruined
at
first
place.
At
the
end
i
had
to
get
out
of
the
chair
and
let
it
go,
as
i
was
tired
of
getting
my
hair
colored
so
many
times
in
3
days.
I
asked
for
a
global
color
and
still
i
have
streaks
of
highlights
as
the
color
does
not
match.
Please
be
careful,
as
it
really
depends
on
the
artists
and
management
of
what
kind
of
service
you
get.
Edit-
was
contacted
by
management
to
rectify
the
issues
i
had.
The
manager
Mandy
was
quite
understanding
and
made
sure
i
got
good
services.
It
felt
like
the
management
was
not
aware
of
the
whole
issue
and
there
was
a
miscommunication.
Artist
Kabir
did
a
great
job
and
was
quite
understanding
of
what
i
really
wanted
and
gave
me
the
look
i
wanted.
I
hope
in
future
there
will
be
a
survey
or
some
sort
of
after
service
check
in
from
management
which
can
eliminate
these
type
of
suggestions.
