I will not recommend this hotel at all, we had a very bad experience, our booking is three bedrooms cottage and already paid in advance, the check in time is 14:00 and we came at 13:30, and imagine we are waited more than 2 hours to enter our cottage at 16:20. Another issue our driver is left after they promised him to arrange a car for us to the cottage and nothing is happened we going to our cottage by walking around 15 minutes and our luggage is late more than 30 minutes this is NOT ACCEPTABLE at all especially because we are family. you should be deal with your client more professionalty as 5 star hotel.

The hotel is very nice and I will definitely repeat my experience again. The staff is very very nice. The rooms are clean and have all the needs and the breakfast is more than wonderful. All the items are wonderful and very tasty. The area is beautiful and there are many activities, restaurants, children’s games and close to Qabala Land

Stayed in April 2022 in cottage, very neat 2 bed rooms, luxury furniture and amazing chimney. Breakfast was very good and Turkish bath was unique experience. View in the moorning was amazing. Recommended for family stay seeking calm comfortable night.

We expect when we dial 0 the reception answers, but they don’t at all. You have go to them. The toilet was broken, water all over the place. Other than that it was great the view and the weather.

I had an amazing stay at Kafkaz Riverside Resort! The location is perfect, close to major attractions and the ropeline station. The staff's hospitality and 24-hour room service were exceptional. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, the two-bedroom villa was fantastic. The hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. After thorough research, I highly recommend choosing this resort in Gabala. Special thanks to Ali Ahmed for his outstanding assistance, especially in booking a transfer to Baku. Five stars all the way!

This time I Sated in the villa, very nice view very nice people, the surrounding very good.... this is my second day and the electricity power came off for almost 15 minutes... my first day, no hot water for the full hotel and villa for almost 12 hrs and the weather at side cold in Oct... I have still two days remaining in the hotel. I wish it will continue smooth. Other side, very thing is perfect.... 3 years back I come and stayed in the hotel not villa

I enjoyed my staying at the hotel. The experience was awesome. it's located in a very quiet and peaceful place and it was nearby many activities the staff was very helpful and friendly when you call them for any issue they immediately responded.

The hotel was beautiful and relaxing, surrounded with greenery and has animals on site we saw chicken, ducks and horses. The views were amazing. The service was good, checking in and out didn't take long. Our reservation was half board with a breakfast and dinner buffet they had a great selection that suits everyone including kids. Drinks included canned juices, tea, black coffee, and milk only, soft drink and coffee like latte or cappuccino are to be paid separately. Flies and mosquitoes were a problem. Rooms were clean and all but the design is outdated.

This place has beautiful surroundings and not far from Qabala centre. However, The place is outdated and needs a renovation. Furniture like sofas and the bed were uncomfortable and definitely the quality of bedding and the mattress is not similar to what you find in 5 stars hotels, it is below the standard. The staff needs to pay more attention to the cleaning. The room wasn’t cleaned probably and you can find dead flies on your table in the restaurant which was disgusting. All in all, I think this hotel is overrated and could do better to reach the standards of 5 stars hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is beautiful and in a perfect location. Very close to ROPELINES access which was important for us. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. The hotel restaurant is a great find for breakfast. I live locally to the hotel and have been there many times for breakfast. The restaurant has a great warm atmosphere, the servers are friendly and professional. The service is also excellent.

Good service, good room, good breakfast, great view from balcony, swimming pool,gym, sauna and hamam are also nice. However when we asked for discount the manager was acting cocky. It’s preferable to spend a bit more and goto their mountain resort for easier access to all the activities

We had changed our hotel at the very last minute to this & was disappointed! We chose the hotel looking at the rooms. The hotel didn’t inform us at the time of booking & neither is it mentioned anywhere that the hotel rooms are “under maintenance”. To remedy the situation the hotel “updated” us to the Villa ! The Villa seemed old & some sewage smell came out of the bathroom ! The balcony door didn’t lock even after calling the maintenance team. We were looking forward to spend time at the property and enjoy all the amenities. Neither could we enjoy the hotel nor the room. The breakfast buffet was great but the staff was least interested in helping ! We were looking forward to a splendid trip instead left disappointed

Wealthy and peaceful experience. Breakfast has a rich variety. In addition, service is fabulous. Specially Turkhan and Khomele at the breakfast floor ensured everyone is served with full satisfaction.

Rooms ok. Few numbers of TV programs only. Food was fine but difficult for the staff to bring in right order or side dish together with main course. SPA area is very nice. Very good breakfast with a lot offer. Strange that coffee (espresso) is not included. Check out needs time because somebody from staff has to check the minibar...

I didn't like the service. I had booked 2 bedroom villa and upon checked-in came to know that all villas don't have attached bathroom in the second room. Plus they don't have room locking system. They have keys which unfortunately was not available in our villa and our rooms doors were open. Also wifi connection wasn't working. We called reception but they was no positive response or proper attention was given. I checked in today on 22nd December 2023 with family to celebrate my birthday but it was a hard time so we couldn't enjoyed. Overall not satisfied. I Being a travel agent based in dubai I will never promote or offer this property to my clients.

We were upgraded to One bedroom Cottage and it’s amazing with the fireplace! Variety of options in their breakfast. Plenty of parking. Have an access point to the TUFANDAG”Telefreek”

Stayed here on 24th and 25th of Jan 2023. Ordered chicken biriyani by in room dining. the chicken pieces put in the biriyani are stinks worst. we did not expect this kind of rotten chicken biriyani from this hotel. very much disappointed. They did not take any actions even though we made a complaint. They charged us for the rotten chicken biriyani too!! Worst ever restaurent. All other aminities are very good.

Very gooe hotel to stay in. We enjoyes the stay there! Rooms are clean, big, and the great view opens from the balcony. Price for a room is awesome. The price includes SPA, pool, gym and breakfast. Sauna was not the best, however. It smelled from there badly. The breakfast was tasty and delicious, and we had a wide range of food to pick. We could also order the fried eggs which we wanted. One little problem was with a service. The cards they gave for our rooms were not working, and we had to change cards several times.

I had a great time here with my family. I stayed here for 2 days in their cottage rooms. It was a comfortable stay there. I would give 10/10 for their cleanliness n room services. Staffs were welcoming . Their breakfast was good. So many verieties of food they served. Once we had dinner also, but that was not as expected.

Amazing location and gorgeous property! We went during the winter and the entire surrounding looked like a winter wonderland. The resort is beautiful, spacious, and our room was lovely. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was an enjoyable start to the day. We also met and were assisted by Emil Murshudzada, who was very friendly. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place and its wonderful staff.

I do appreciate good customer service, but what I’ve seen in Oafaz Riverside Hotel is something much more than outstanding customer service. They took the extra mile to make sure that we enjoyed every moment. From check-in to check-out, everyone we met treated us with a great smile and a super friendly attitude. For more than 8 days, every day, I’ve received a call or two; asking if we needed anything. We really enjoyed it, and I have no words to describe the satisfaction we all had during our stay in this fantastic hotel. Not only the view and the location are fabulous, every single person working here has a priority of making us happy. I’ve never seen such customer service. I have visited so many places worldwide, and with no hesitation, this hotel is the best by far. I have to thank Aliahmed, who received us with a lovely smile from day one and made sure every day we had a good time in their place. Emil, who helped me a lot with my reservation where he made all issues I’ve faced magically disappeared. I’ve requested so many tasks from him, and I always receive the best service and the best attitude with a smile. Both Tural & Turkan as well were supportive and friendly during check-in and checkout. Every single morning we were received and hosted by the wonderful Tural, the supervisor of the restaurant, who made us feel like we were at home. I am delighted and sure I’ll do my best to revisit this fantastic hotel, and I hope to see them all next time. The best spot for a family vacation

Maybe one of the best in gabala but still could be much better service wise. While we booked a vip Villa and it had a kitchen, there was no kitchenware, and when I asked for it I was passed from the reception to the restaurant as if they were not under the same hotel management! We had to ask multiple times to get a pot.. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, the breakfast is just fine I guess, the Villa looked nice but sounds can travel between walls.

Superb location, excellent food, clean and tidy rooms, swimming pools both indoor and outdoor and on top of that live music during dinner made our trip a memorable experience. In addition to above, staff was extremely caring and courteous. We were contacted by Mr. Emil a member of the management team even before our arrival and to our surprise and delight he upgraded our room as a complement. Overall a great experience to stay at the resort.

No safety in rooms & villa.We booked 9 rooms there but they give 6 villas our little 3 kids were staying in 1 villa. During day time we went for sightseeing and next day at the time of check out We shocked to see that liquor of mini bar was theft by their staff and they claim it on us at time of check out and management is very rude. Even they don’t have list of minibar placed in room just asked for 110 Mannat without any bifurcation. Even we asked for CCTV footage but manager refused for everything and management behaviour was not polite nothing heard from our side. Not recommended to stay in such hotel.
