Lovely view but definitely not a 5 ⭐️. The beds are as hard as wood. The pillow is flat as sheet of paper. Only the new building has better service. Be careful before booking. Be prepared to give tips to all staff otherwise they will stalk you to your grave.

Well first of all there is no way it's a 5 star hotel. At best it's 3 star. 1st:- Even tho there webaite say the have pool, suna spa, well they have non. But they will tell you you can walk in your towel 2.2 km away to another hotel where you can use their pool for free. 2nd:- non of the door locks work. We changed 3 rooms for some privacy but no door locks work so yeah good bye to privacy. 3rd:- be prepared for random fire alarms to go off middle of the night. We all ran outside in our shorts. keep in mind its cold here and one poor guy was in bathrob all wet. Its such a common thing for staff that they don't even bother telling you its a false alarm they just keep doing there thing. And finally building is old, smelly, most of the things like refrigerator, safe or even windows don't work. Please please i can't stress this enough be careful when you open the windows. They whole window door came off and fell on my wife. That is why we changed room for first time. There are so many things wrong with this hotel i just don't have the time, but there is no way in hell this is 5 star. Any other 3 or even 2 star is be better then this. First cottage was in awful maintenance state. Second was okay. Location awesome. Breakfast too. Overall great experience except 1st night.

Worst service. No staff. All amenities not working. Have to go to another qafqaz resort to use the amenities. No use booking this property.

Cannot be considered as 5-stars hotel, I think it’s 2-3 stars max. The bathroom is so small with damaged wallpaper, the bed is painful and you can feel the springs on your back, the pillow is poor quality and breakfast is below average. Spa & swimming pool are not on this hotel, they ask you to go to another hotel for that!

I stayed in one of the cottages for 6 nights, worst possible sleeping quality ever (the bed is hard as rock, air conditioner is very noisy and woke me up every night multiple times), rooms and bathrooms are filled with insects (cockroach and ants). service is bad we wanted to change place but they didn't give us a refund, also we asked for wifi but didn't get until last 2 days. the restaurant is too basic and not tasty food is served (prefer eating at home).

It is my worst experience in a 5-star villa, all the windows are broken, the balcony door is also broken, the villa is full of insects, unfortunately the breakfast and services are in another hotel and there is no transportation to go and return to the place of breakfast and services. I will not advise anyone to live here

Excellent stay & commendable is the view from balcony & food in Qafqaz restaurants. The price was very reasonable & taist was excellent. We tried Spaghetti, mushroom soup, grilled fish, grilled veggies, cheese burger etc

The ceiling kept dripping water on us, the mattress was terrible, there was a bad smell in the room and the door didn’t lock as it should, besides that barely anybody knows how to speak any English at all.

Premises are clean. SPA facilities are enjoyable. Food is average. Location is fantastic - right next to the ski resort and Gabaland amusement park. Personnel are friendly. Big parking space is availavle. Really good deals are offered during low seasons. This is a family-oriented place. Although this is not a new hotel, I would say that it is maintained well.

I had the most incredible experience at this hotel! It was truly the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the lunch and dinner menu were reasonably priced, though slightly limited in variety. I must mention the fantastic Biryani, it was a delight to the taste buds! What made our stay exceptional was the hotel's decision to upgrade us to a 1-bedroom villa. It was a fantastic choice, and we enjoyed every moment spent there. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and provided a unique and delightful experience. The hotel boasts numerous amenities and is incredibly kid-friendly. My children had a blast, and I appreciated the attention to detail in making the stay enjoyable for families. Moreover, the location at the foot of the hills was breathtaking. The surroundings were incredibly scenic, with lush greenery and trees of different colors, creating a picturesque atmosphere. Being close to attractions like cable cars and Qabalaand added a lot of excitement to our stay. Plus, the Caspian fish restaurant located right outside was a culinary delight and a must-try for any food enthusiast. I also want to commend the hotel for its fast and efficient room service, even though we were staying in a villa. It truly enhanced our overall experience.
