I would say, I would never come here again! First of all, I booked one room two single beds but they wanted me to pay extra charge for the second person. The air conditioner and refrigerator were not nearly cold and when the maintenance came after I called 5 times he said this is the coldest in the whole hotel. Bathroom has really really bad smell you can barely open the door and shut it immediately. Hotel staff don't try to make your stay comfortable as all hotels do. It's just hard to communicate with them. I hope this changes in the future

The location is fantastic, close to the main street in Gebele. Make sure the water heater is working, I’ve stayed for three days in this hotel and most of the time no hot water is available for shower, I’ve complained couple of times but they keep saying they will send technician but nobody shows up. BF if average, cleanliness is not bad.

Never ever book your stay in this hotel!!!! Nothing and i mean nothing is managed properly over here, let it be room service, laundry, breakfast nothing!! Switches are broken, water is leaking from the ceiling, AC does not work. Absolutely pathetic experience!!! And plus at times they just simply forget to do the daily room cleaning so you have to call them multiple times after a long day outside to please come and clean the room and provide fresh towels so you can take a shower.

The rooms were extremely small and tooooo noisy . They do not have sound proofing . And there was also a leak in the bathroom . Rooms are clean . The rooms did not have a window with a view . It was small and suffocating. Breakfast was ok . Need more options for vegetarians .

Very Bad Hotel. The Service is bad and toilets are ugly and smelly. There is no A/C available in the rooms. The breakfast is Bad. there is no sauna or swimming pool in the hotel.I advice you to stay away from the hotel. Believe me its very bad hotel.

Staff were friendly. However, the rooms were out to date and the carpets were un clean. Don't ask for the 9 floor rooms as the Pigeons made their nests and you will be hearing their feets scratching the seal. So disappointed. The only good thing is it's near the markets and the mountain View is exceptional.

Such a pleasant experience, the place to go in Gabala, the staff are so friendly and helpful! Mehrab is amazing, he will make your stay so pleasant, he will facilitate everything for you including the tours and transportations! The rooms are neat and the rates are so good, Highly recommended hotel!

A lttl expensive to a 3 star hotel but a clean one not much facilities. Good if u want to sleep only

It was the only available hotel in Gabala for my date. Located between residential buildings, at evening time difficult to find parking lots. Friendly staff. Cleaning of rooms is poor. But anyway it is a good value for money.

Hotel is located city center. Staff is brilliant. I have stayed on 8 floor. There is good view of Gabala city and mountains. Wi-fi is pretty good. 25 hours reception help immediatelyfor everything. We had dinner at restaurant of hotel. Also, there is pizza house in front of hotel, and 250 meters down there is good restaurant . When you try to find direction google maps shows you another path but place is correct , so come close to hotel and ask anyone about entrance.

They need to renew the carpets, its so dirty. The breakfast buffet table is full of different kind of cheese and dairy, need to add more options. When we checked in, we asked the receptionist for extra hours for check out because our flight was at night, he agreed, but the day of check out the other receptionist called the room and he said its not allowed and we have only half hour to leave the room, we told him that they agree for 2 hours extra but he refused and said it's the rule, what a shame..

Good location. Simple, clean and peaceful. Very friendly staff, arranged for an amazing tour guide. It felt like home to stay here. Just that the bathroom was small, no in-house restaurant, breakfast was sad and not too many options.

Very Worst hotal we Came from Dubai 1st hotal location is very Worst like jungle 2nd room is very dirty swimming pool is there but no entry 🚫 😢 even making tea catle we ask respection they told we don't have way we ask there is no resturent fecality near by🙄Soo please B careful 🤝

location of hotel is near by main market with fantastic view of lush green Mountains. Friendly staff. room neat and clean. Washroom a bit small in size as compared to other hotels. No electric kettle in room overall a Good Place to rest your head.
