It was such a wonderful stay at Fortuna resort. The staffs are so lovely, sweet and welcoming. My heart goes to Ayman, Ellim, Eltov ❤️. They treated us just like their own family. So helpful. The rooms were clean and maintained. It was so cozy. The view from the terrace was beautiful. They also have karoake in their restaurant and every staffs were lively, dancing and entertaining us. My sister had a minor accident by tripping from the stairs and all the staffs ran to help her and gave us with all services that we needed. Will recommend to everyone to stay at this place ❤️ Kindly look into improving the breakfast menu

Nice place. quiet. the brakefast deliciois. The apartment was very clean and comfortable beds the staff was extremly cooporative and friendly. i was facing an emergncy case and they helped me and took me to the hospital and staied with me till evrything was okey.

Had such a pleasant stay here in Fortuna Resort. Staff were very welcoming, rooms were clean and cozy. And local breakfast was delicious and only 10 minutes away from the ski resort.

Beatiful budget freindly hotel for families

Excellent hotel to spend the night . On the day we visited it was raining , so the cosy room provided a great refuge for us . Our thanks to the lady who checked us in and to the chef for their excellent service. Hope to visit again .

We had taken a two room apartment. Very cosy . With a pretty backyard with a outdoor table to enjoy the morning or evening. Bathrooms were functional and maintained. Although we reached late evening, the management had no issue in serving us some hot dinner. Checkin was quite a seamless process. We had no need to ask for towels and linen. Breakfast was delayed and we needed to remind them, this needs to be addressed as an early start is essential for sightseeing Otherwise a wonderful place.

We took a holiday home. Rooms were nice. Breakfast can be improved a bit. Great views from terrace.
