Ismail is a very nice host - thanks for preparing a delicious and early breakfast! The villa is brand new and beautiful. The room was very comfortable. Sauna can be used for 30 AZN/hour. Please note that the location on Google maps is not accurate - the villa is located one street further on the other side of the road.

Amazing place to stay with an amazing host Mr. Ismail and the guy named Vaqar. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing. Facilities including breakfast,sauna bath and pool were also in booking. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. 10/10

I do not recommend the stay. Lack of respect and full of lies owner that only counts money. On the first day of the stay I had good experience: balcony with nice view, tasty breakfast(except the omlet) and the owner who appeared to be friendly. Everything changed on the second day of the stay. The owner asked me if I can change the room as there is 'electrical issue' in the building where I stay. He showed me one room where I declined to stay as conditions were bad and then he showed me another room where I told him thatas well it doesn't fulfill the conditions as per booking. The last thing to offer was the room upstairs with access to the balcony but the room was currently occupied so I couldn't check it. I needed to carry on with my day plan so had no time to look for new place to stay. I came back in the evening. In the new room toilet was very smelly but as there was 'electrical issue' in the building I had no choice but stay in those new conditions. The problem started when I saw later new family moving inside the building and room where I was previously. Next day I wanted to confront the owner but he was nowhere to be found and to my surprise I found a padlock on the pool doors from my side of access which as per booking I supposed to have provided. When I was looking for the owner I met the people staying inside the building and they told me that he rented full building for them with the private access to the pool so I supposed not even to be there. I have to leave without talking to owner at check out. I confronted him on WhatsApp and asked why he lied to me about electrical problem and why the pool was blocked as I supposed to have access to it. He replied with another lie that the pool was under cleaning. I told him that I saw children swimming in there and that is not fair to be treated this way and fed with lies when I made him a favour by moving. Things could be resolved differently. Instead of explaining the situation he just blocked me on WhatsApp and that is it. Absolutely zero respect towards customer when there is other money to make. And the creepy dead goat in the garden...

I like the spot, you have a nice balcony where you can get mesmerised by looking at the mountains. You have a swimming pool down there which I don’t think you will ever use it. The breakfast is fine and the people servicing are very friendly.

Good hotel-villa to stay with family. Location is near the center. The price is decent, very suitable for budget trips. Breakfast is included and very tasty. There is a sauna and swimming pool (we did not use them). The rooms are very clean but small and the toilet stinks a bit. The view from balcony is amazing, as it opens the view to the mountains.
