They are quick to respond and pickup when they think they have your business, stating free pick up, free.diagnosis and free delivery.They state it will take 30 minutes to diagnose, it took then more than a day, they can't even type your password right then quote you some ridiculous price that 1000QR more you can buy a new one. When you decline, then it's crickets... They hold your MacBook hostage by not responding to request to deliver when they said they will return first thing in the morning. Finally quick to respond when I said I will come and pick up. Their messaging and demeanor also change once you decline.

Quick and high-quality repair, with free pick-up and delivery. Repair took only one day (!). Excellent experience. I was repairing the touchpad and battery on my MacBook, and technicians even took the time to change the therma paste before I mentioned it (not like other services here).

Worst experience. Never ever i will recommend this service center. My phone was drenched in water and display and battery was damaged. They charged me 1450qr, but they replaced with duplicate battery and moreover they damaged speaker as well. Also the display was duplicate because touch was not proper. It could be that they have stolen original speaker. I will suggest better goto genuine apple service center instead of this.

It was such a great experience! Came to my place to check and pick up the iphone and Macbook . A few hours later told me the iphone and macbook are ready and for a very reasonable price. I had a battery issue for my MacBook and water damage issue in my iphone and it’s fixed now. Would definitely recommend! One of the best apple service center in Qatar.!!!

Unprofessional service. After repairing Apple Watch unprofessional team damaged water resistant protection. And during washing hands, watch was damaged. Below unprofessional team trying to tell me that all apple products from box “are not water resistant” and can be damaged easily. What was not true! 2 weeks unprofessional team ignoring me and telling stories that tomorrow-tomorrow they will fix it. Please don’t use below unprofessional company.

I just replaced the ear speakers of iPhone pro max 12, they finished in 45 minutes as they estimated, charged same amount as estimated, good service and friendly stuff, highly recommended. Note: Apple official service center in Lagoona informed me I MUST replace the screen in order to replace the ear speaker, which isn’t true, aside of their aggressive attitude with customer, the official service center isn’t even honest in their reporting. I just replaced the speaker only, one year warranty, it’s working fine and I saved 1,100 QR!!

I had screen issue with my iPhone. Got replaced at best possible price. I visited few other Apple service centers in but I found AppleCare is cool. Staff is very good and supportive and got my services done at quick time.

I had battery problems with my AirPods 1, so I left them unused for a year. When I took them to the service center, they fixed the battery and returned them the next day. I also brought my AirPods 3, which had low sound. Other places said they couldn't fix it, but the service center fixed it quickly. I'm impressed with their efficient and reliable service, and I highly recommend them for any earbud issues.
