I was looking to make myself a pair of glasses with photochromatic lenses; Zeiss to be more specific. Imran was very friendly, attentive. I got exactly what I wanted and the customer service was very good. He also followed up on my order and made sure it was ready within the promised timeframe.

I would like to recommend this place to everyone who wanted to make new pair of glasses. I have tried few places in Doha, but this place was the best among all. The staffs are very friendly, approachable and helpful. Actually I was in a rush to make a new pair of glasses and I requested them to make it by the date I wanted. They made it!! The best part was, they sent it to me as I wasn't available in the daytime, and I really needed those glasses the next day for my use. They took the effort to reach me after their office hours. Great buying experience! This is not a very large store but they have amazing collections. I was at the store for a adjustment . While waiting for it to be done, one of the associates (Nintu) engaged me in a conversation and offered to show me some new arrivals and savers. I made it very clear that I am not looking to buy and was happy just waiting for the work to be done. She insisted that it was okay just to look around and in a short while I was hooked onto a very very nice collections that I had considered buying sometime ago.I ended up buying for me and family 4 pairs.Nintu was also multitasking assisting her new member of the team while helping me choose.Smart sales team who are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Once I got a good discount offer, I walked out with a purchase that I had not intended!
