There is a saloon 'Hair by Bilal' that totally ruined my hair. They tried to hard bleach my hair 3 times on the ame day, and not only did I end up with an utterly damaged hair, but also with a disgusting colour. With all of that, they made me pay the full amount which was very expensive for such a horrible result. Now, I'm trying hard to find treatments for my hair and this is a costly process.

Oh I love this place! I visited this place twice and I am sure will visit again! The ambience is beautiful! The service was great! The room breakfast memory is still so so fresh in my mind.

The place its amazing, the pool and all the arounds are very beautiful. The security agents and the service in the hotel (not the pool) it’s one of the best. The only thing to improve it’s the Pool service, the service in the pool bar was very bad, more than 5 minutes to give me a beer when the bar was empty of guest and they were 4 bartenders to do it, but they were laughing and talking each other instead, then for a drink more than 7 minutes in the same conditions and more than half an hour for a margherita pizza. The service needs to improve a lot to be at the same level that all the others things in this magnificent place!

It is my first visit, the building, the furniture the facility is great, but I had bad night for me, i had to change the room 3 times, yet the last room had a problem.. it is good to come and have coffee or hang out here but not to stay, it is waste of energy, and time and money… Unfortunately I won’t come to spend night here again.
