I would say that Ottoman palace restaurant is one of the best Turkish food i have tried during my Qatar visit. We ordered Chicken Bukhari rice, chicken and meat shawarma, kebabs, chicken skewers, BBQ chicken. Apart from shawarmas, I really loved all other dishes. Shwarama feels a bit dry, but it's ok, not bad. Other dishes are simply superb👌🏻. The chicken bukari rice and BBQ chicken was so juicy and so yum. Let the pictures tell the rest. Yes, I highly recommend this place for a must try.

I have tried shawarma in different places. But the shawarma from Ottoman Palace is one of the best. It is juicy with good amount of spice level. Specifically, their bread is very soft. Unlike the bread from other places their bread doesn't get chewy after it gets cold. The small shawarma will be enough for a hungry tummy. :)

Updates: August 5, 2021 Dine-in now allowed. —— I loved chicken shawarmas and I tried several Shawarma Restaurants here in Doha. This restaurant’s chicken shawarma was exceptional. This will be included in my top shawarma restaurants in Doha. Unlike other Turkish restaurant, this restaurant have Filipino servers. Their servers were really attentive in the needs of the customers unlike others that you have to raise your hands every now and then to ask for something. Their shawarma plate servings was good for 2 pax. It was presented well, clean and looks delicious. Their chicken tocino meal looked so delicious as well. I must say that I really like the cleanliness of this restaurant. The only reason I did not give it a 5star is because of meal prices. Compare to it’s other competition restaurants.

I could not exaggerate here, this place is one of the best turkish cuisines in Qatar. The shawarma is banging! The lentil soup is nice too. Most importantly, the prices are relatively reasonable. Highly recommend!

I have been to this place for the first time... I loved the hospitality in here... It’s very neat & clean inside... you also have baby chairs & restrooms... The view from the First floor is so beautiful as you can see the busy street of the locality... Overall in my opinion it’s a good restaurant to visit with your family & friends... 🌹

I love there service and staff , food was amazing , do try their local drink 👍 They fresh juice as well , and there bread reminds you local Turkish touch . Overall value for money !! Not expensive!!

Quality, portion and packaging of food was perfect. Wow. They got all 3 correct. And the taste of the shawarma was so yummy. I'm gona definitely eat from here again. Also the chopsuey and the salads I ordered were all fresh and The Arabic mezze (I had request them to put muhamara and not spicy) and they entertain the request. So all in all, really great and exceed my expectations. Much love to this mangament team and chefs working here. They truly deserve 5 stars. And Talabat delivery charge is 5 riyals only. So you even save money. Will definitely revisit. Way better than alibaba or beirutyat or Turkish Corner or all the other pretend Turkish outlets.

Just ordered a beef shawarma from them. Oh, just horrible. No taste, the beef has no taste, filled with mayonnaise to cover up the bad quality. The bread was tastless, soggy and chewy. In fact, nothing was right about it. It was just horrible, disgusting. Ewhhhh

Nice place and food was decent..not sure why they only sell pepsico products. Ran out of lamb chops, which was a shame. Otherwise overall a good experience and wings were really nice.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT The food is good, but I have a lot of issues to the restaurant and their delivery! I made an order at this restaurant. An incomplete order was delivered to me! And this is not the first time this situation with this restaurant! Either it's the inattention of the employees in the restaurant, or the deliverymen from the restaurants are stealing food! I will never use the services of this restaurant again!

I tried the mix Shawarma and it was the worst shawarma ever. It was so oily and i could smell meat odor. Disgusting. The bbq chicken were dry and stale like it was air fried 99 times. Complained several times. Worst experience. Disgusted by the taste and the smell

The food is amazing but Worst customer service in Qatar. The person who attend the WhatsApp orders is useless. Zero respect or polite. I’m dealing with the bad behavior almost everyday because I order my lunch from there since is close to my work. But the management should take actions in the person replying and taking orders by WhatsApp. AS USUAL POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT USE TO BE MY DAILY LUNCH PLACE. NEVER AGAIN!

Tasty shawarma BBQ is good nice and crispy Mix grill needs to improve because portion is very less and the rothi also it's little hard

As far the best shawarma and mezes in Town. Good service, clean atmosphere and perfect bread one of i have ever eaten. You must taste that bread!

Tried their half KG mixed grill in lunch, great taste, kababs were properly grilled and fully cooked. Food texture, aroma, taste, all good. Accompanying bread was very good. The ambience is awesome. Parking facility available, but it will be busy during busy hours.
