I called QF today and had the worse customer service ever. From a manager named Lebe (not sure how to pronounce/spell her name) to another employee named Fatma denying ever speaking to me and providing me with an email that she did for a fact on October 24 at 9:20 AM. How else did I know her name and had her contact? I asked to speak to a manager and before I was done explaining what happened, she immediately stated that there was no phone call record. Due to the lack of professionalism, and disrespect from both parties. I hanged up the phone in which the manager proceeded to call me back and harass me in an attempt to escalate the situation even further. I hope Qatar Foundation higher management will visit this matter urgently, and take a serious look to those employees by reviewing the recorded phone conversations and the phone records.This is not acceptable, I expected much better.

The Qatar Foundation is immensely big and they have a large say in the country's artistic and educational scenes. The entire thing is run from these headquarters and it's the epicentre of power. It's an imposing building and you'll be impressed.
