Each aisle is equipped with ipads to browse the books , the location of the book and brief description of books is given. There is self borrowing section, where you can borrow and return books without human interaction. There is children's library with lots of books and a entertainment area for kids. Cafe and restaurant is present inside The basement has a heritage library which is worth a visit. It is filled with old relics, pictures, maps etc.

It needs a little update in the children’s section and make it more interesting for the youth to go and read or at least to use the library.

The staff is poorly trained and didn’t know directions to conference rooms. The conference rooms are poorly equipped and it took us one hour to fix technical issues when we booked in advance and told the rooms are set. The cafeteria food is bad, below average taste. Parking is terrible. You will not find a parking space on a day that’s not busy.

Let's start with the structure, on the outside looks like a book but on the inside is totally a different thing. It's constructed like an arena on the inside, with books as the audience. With over a million books to choose from, you are in for quite a ride. From fiction to non-fiction, from zoology to botany, from maths to science, truly this is a kingdom of a book worm like myself. That's not all this iconic place has to offer, there is sitting places, electronics, a cafe to dull your hunger, kids library and my favorite a live theatre where young talents are natured.
