Worst experience for an emergency patients of accident from site I went there and they just make us to sit in que in OPD I told the nurses and brothers they were like every patient in hospital is in pain but some one who come with an accident he need emergency checkup and they were relax and tha Doctor was just doing his national address update with a help of some medical representative in hospital keeping his patients waiting for more than the time They should know that they are in public and health sector need to give priority for the patient who need to be check

Worst Service. Staffs are rude. Security guard's attitude is like he's the owner of the Asian Town. If you're looking for PCR Test. Find an alternative. Customer are treated like football. They are throwing from one counter to another. You're more welcomed if you speak the same channel as of the staffs. Malayalis are getting better service.

They stand by their Moto.. Good Health in Good Hands. A great place to get treatment. Filled with high end equipments with equally qualified Doctors. Easy to access for the public staying near by and also it is open 24x7.

I have been visited in imara for PCR report, Once ask for copy they ignored to give and security guard shouting me. I really disappointed about imara low class service.

Number 1 kachra if you have any health issues don't go there. If u go there little issue they will cut the operation and be given too much medicine. Also kachra customer service they do not give respect need to change all Management number wahid kachra management

I consult doctor due to chest pain and i request sick leave, they provided me medical attendance certificate and my company rejected that one day salary deducted.After 2 days again i went to other hospital Naseem Al Rabeeh due to same health problems.

Irresponsible staffs..........No reply on phone call

In Qatar no. 1 waste clinic I don't the attitude of staff recipients and staff nurses... What they think i dont know who is the management looking to foword it.. I will recommend to go to Naseem medical center is the best service I love it....

We take almost 2 h to just have the PCR test, no social distance, no respect of the covid protocols, one star bcoz there's no less

For job aspirants ,won't fall their trap ,they are expert in convincing fake promise..they put u unlimited contract with meagree pay...u may get salary as like home country wages. They consider staffs as a machine makes money for them..keep away from this fraud people..if fell their trap ,life may be hell...a group of cheating people run a supply company...that is their business strategy....

The PCR test line is so long, there's no security to control the crowd and the staff are rude. It took me 3 hours to get my PCR test done.

You deny patients sick leave!!!!! I came for treatment for a twisted ankle and my foot was swollen. Yet I had to go to work that very same day because you denied to give me a day off. This injury was in January. We are in March now and my foot has never healed because of your selfishness 😔. I don’t recommend this hospital at all!!!

Very worst experience with imara health care medical center i came here today at 5pm on 25-09-2023 they told me you should wait because our doctor is in the meeting and then until 6pm i have waited there but the doctor is still in the meeting. Is there meeting is more important than the patients??? Is it the why you treat your patients?? Hospital are for patients but they deals like customers. Mostly Labour are coming to get treatment here so they don't give pretty attention to paitents because that labour will not complain and did not make any issue for them, its just disgusting, disappointed 💯% ,. If management will notify my review so kindly take some action on these issues do the needful.

I usually used to visit this clinic for my regular health checkup and came with other patients too but i was not much satisfied from reception most of the times. Their service in reception is slow and feels less friendly. Doctors from ENT department and other department is very good. Health is more imortant than money so even its little high i recommend this hospital.

One of the best Medical Care center. They provide primary and secondary treatment for emergencies. Costs are affordable too as they focuses mainly on serving people. Medical Center is well equipped and maintained so as meet the requirements. People at the reception are very informative and they know about the procedures and are helpful in detailing everything. Doctors are experienced and knowledgeable too. Staffs at pharmacy are too behaved well and detailed everything about the medicines. Doctors too explained in detail about the care procedures of our illness. Medical Center is clean and neat, the credits goes to the cleaning staffs there, they do their job very well. Overall a clam and quite atmosphere, importantly provides a positive vibe.
