Highly recommend registering for fitness instructor course with Ms.Nathalie Moncayo . She is very informative and I loved her method of teaching . The information that she give you sticks like glue .

It was my first time taking a course at IFA and it was extremely insightful and knowledgeable. Trainer Rory made the sessions very interesting and shared in depth knowledge keeping us engaged. I’m extremely happy that there was such an opportunity to take up such a valuable course in short duration. It works perfectly with people who have busy careers and schedules.
