Incompetent staff with horrible customer service. No management, no coordination among staff. Totally disgusting .. Everytime i go there i have an experience more horrible then last time and now i have decided not to go to this particular festival city branch ever. In 10 days they could not process the insurance and no communication and everyone from manager to staff making lame excuses that differs from reality. If i would be the top management, i will fire each staff of this maghrabi branch and hire competent and assertive people who knows customer service, dignity and agile attitude towards work, not the lame attitude that the staff has at the moment .. Guys save yourself and go to other branches or to other shops .. they are extremely expensive and poor service. My last Prada frame was 140 QR more expensive than the shop just 2 minutes walk from this maghrabi shop ... fleecers ..

They have one staff slightly not easy , he argued with me initially about my complaint and support it with facial effects, today I called and asked him about my spectacles that I returned, and I asked some extra questions and he wasn't helpful and he pretend he didn't understand my question. I wasn't happy with this attitude.

Visited the store on 25th May. My son and I had an amazing experience here. Staff and doctor were very friendly and professional. They constantly kept us updated. I thank Shirley for ensuring that we received our prescriptions sooner than we expected. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! We are enjoying our new prescriptions now. 🙏🤗

Visited to change lenses for my spects. Staff didn’t greet, even didn’t respond to my greeting. Simply was ignoring, walking around the store. Probably she was busy receiving deliveries and preparing existing orders. However, there were only 3 customers.

Very helpful staff, a young looking Philippino lady. Didn’t know her name as I was just observing @ a corner while she attended to my Frd. Always smiling and never showed any negativity while my Frd asked many qtns.

I have been cheated in Magrabi City centre. I Went to buy frame for my fiancé and the manager Mr. ADIB placed the lenses without our consultation and asked to pay 100 Qar extra. We never asked for lenses neither he took our consent before putting it. I informed him that he made a mistake and to remove it on 18th May 2022 however he did not take any action and let the Insurance time expire. Then he acused us that we are buying the frame for somebody else (He is god). I have visisted Maghrabi at DFC, Cring road and salam mall and the staffs there are so nice and friendly. Miss BEATRIZ in City centre is extremely rude and her colleague Miss SELMA as well. The behavior of the staff in city centre branch is not customer oriented, they are arogant and rude. I assure you I will never visit this branch. Eventually I paid for the lenses and left the lenses on their counter, which they were not willing to accept, however I still left it there. Please visit any other branch and not city centre. Khaliq

Hello Sir/Ma’am, I had recently visited the Magrabi Branch in City centre with my friend and was appalled1 by the service provided to my friend. We were assisted by Beatrice a filipino lady who was insisting that she can only use her insurance to pay for the frame unless she purchased the lenses as well. We had to leave her preffered frame model behind and had to travel to various other stores in the city in order to find them elsewhere causing her alot of distress and inconvienience . What I wanted to purchase wasn’t available in City Center branch but he tried his very best to call all other branches to help me to get my inquiries as soon as possible and he always addresses me with my name politely it made me feel respected very much. Super horrible experience with magrabi!!!! Came here to buy glasses for computer protection. Before making the order the optical test was done and the result was +0,25 diopter. So I ordered the lenses with this parameter and paid 100% price for the frame and lenses in advance. On the same day I got a second opinion from the another ophthalmologist who informed me that for using the computer lenses with diopter +0.25 is not required as that means you should look far at the monitor, and you can’t wear it just for every day use, because this diopter is required only for reading something which is very close to the eyes, if you look far through this lenses that means it will be harmful for the eyes and vision will just get worse. So if your goal is not to correct your eyes but for computer protection only (I told them clearly that I need computer protection) than diopter +0.25 is not mandatory, but just to protect it from the monitor 0.00 lenses are good and there is no need to start supporting eyes with any diopters. About all these things I was not informed at the store before making the order. The order was placed in the evening, so next morning I called to them with request to make a correction to my order and to make just 0.00 lenses for me. My request was denied explaining that the order was already processed and they can’t do anything. The thing is that I called them early, not when the lenses were about to be ready, but the result is that I LOST MY MONEY for nothing. 200$ paid for lenses just waisted, and I can’t return it because lenses can’t be returned. Besides of that in phone conversation they were trying to convince me that I really need that +0.25 diopter in computer protective glasses like they are the ones who are responsible for the health of my eyes, but not me. Now I should take these glasses and to go to different optical store to order and pay again for the lenses which I really need.

I will definitely avoid this place. Lots of negative comments here are no coincidence. Their manager (Mr. Adeeb, not sure of spelling) is very unprofessional. He doesn't know how to talk to customers, how to make transactions and most importantly he doesn't know fundamentals of his job (glasses, frames, coatings, materials used for different indexes etc.). Even worse, he pretends that he knows and disregards your legitimate queries. When he realizes that he has messes up, he pretends as if it was not his fault -no apology or even acknowledgement. You have to suffer for his incompetence while he pretends to be cool. The sales team is also clueless but at least they don't pretend that they know their job. Only positive aspect was professionalism of Filipino staff. It must be too bad to work under an incompetent management.
