Today my 5-year-old daughter had a very strong pain in her ears at 1:00 am, I called the International Clinic to ask for help and for a doctor to see my daughter, but the person who answered the phone said there was no emergency doctor and no one could treat her. Because of this, my 5-year-old daughter has had a hellish night without the possibility of being treated by a doctor. Desperate, In the morning I went to the clinic with my daughter to demand that a doctor see her because the baby was suffering a lot and would not stop crying, so the security person asked me if I had called before going. I told him that of course i had called at 1:00 am and that no one had wanted to attend to my daughter. Finally, at 8:00 am, the guard decided to call the doctor on duty. The doctor was very kind, and he carefully checked my daughter, and diagnosed otitis in need of antibiotics and painkillers. Fortunately there is no perforation of her eardrum. Very disappointed with the negligent attitude of the security guards.

We have come here for the medical exam. I filled online form and then called them to set up the date and time. It was difficult to reach them as nobody picked up the phone. When we arrived we were let in and had to leave the phones at the security. This was the only inconvenient case. All the rest went perfect. The registration, the line visiting each doctor was fast and efficient. We also contact them from time to time when there is health issues with foreigners and all went fine. Overall I have a positive experience with this clinic.

I called to book an appointment and ask for prices for the dental services as they don’t have price list on their website and they rejected to deal with me as a client stating that I’m an Uzbekistan citizen and they DON’T provide services to Uzbekistani Nationals!!! The clinic is located on Tashkent territory and they refuse to deal with Uzbekistan citizens??! I got so insulted to be honest and for what?! For being Uzbekistan citizen!!! Will never recommend this place to anyone!!!

I've been going to the clinic for the past two years, whenever I had any need. Many of the times I have been there I left extremely disappointed, specially due to wrong information given by the secretaries.More than twice I was told to go to an appointment just to find out they were not expecting me on the days they told me to go!

Daughter went to have an examination with 37,8. All she had it was ibuprofen. Few hours later same day in an other hospital we had to receive infusion.

This place looks like prison. Reeks of arrogance and disrespect towards visitors and especially to locals. Never seen anything like this.

This had been a wonderful experience. I came here to get a TB test to apply for UK visa. People at the register counter were very helpful and polite - took me less than 5 minutes to prepare my document. The best part of the experience were the doctors/nurse staff that are working efficiently and with lots of care for the patient. Some say it takes very long to go through the TB test, but overall it took me 25 minutes. Also the building is going through additional renovation, and I believe it will look much better, although it’s pretty already.

For disorganised travellers like us it was great that we could complete our course of rabies vaccination (Rabipur) before embarking on treks in Central Asia. The doctors here are very professional, helpful, friendly, and follow CDC guidelines (although one should always question generalisability) Would be great if they could provide tick-borne encephalitis vaccine (TicoVac) as this is present in parts of Central Asia (but in fairness probably rare in Uzbekistan) The prices are very expensive (even for foreigner standards) but keep in mind stock comes from Europe and at times may need to be in a cold chain.

I arrived in Uzbekistan last month and promptly got the latest COVID 19 strain. I had to come in to TIC twice, first to identify what was wrong and then later to treat the unfamiliar symptoms I was having, and Dr. Inom Tashmatov was an angel both times. He and the nurses and administrators caring for me went above and beyond their duty of care to make me feel safe and reassured throughout the situation, while keeping other clinic patients safe from the spread of the virus.
