    Disappointed with the service, I took an appointment the I had to wait the doctor for almost an hour, after I paid 800.000 cyms for consultation, simple blood count and an x-ray, for this amount of money I expect much more.     Such a disappointment. Complete mess. I was invited into the cabinet one hour later than was my appointment. Receptionists were rude at some point. Why like 3 other nurses gather on a couch in one cabinet? If only one nurse is supposed to be there together with the doctor. It is simply uncomfortable for the patient too. Not focusing on a client. During the session someone was always coming in and out. Is this okey? I think not only doctor but the nurse too should be in complete focus on a patient too.

    Good doctors and nurses but the service starting from call center, customer service is worst I good have experienced. Staff should be more aware by patients confition, guide them in the right direction, give a brief before sending to any of doctors. I think it must be part of their job. Or at least be nice to customers. If they change service the hospital would probably become best one in city

ЛЮДИ ЗАДУМАЙТЕСЬ СТОИТ ЛИ ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ В ЭТУ КЛИНИКУ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

В клинике, уже на следующее утро я попала к неврологу - Ташматовой Севаре Рашидовне, она также подтвердила слова физиотерапевта и рассказала подробно, почему мне не становится лучше и что нужно делать; направила меня на физиотерапию , также назначила мне уколы в течении 5 дней. Физиотерапия включала в себя : импульсные токи, лазер и ультразвук в течении 10 дней.     Services provided for the international insurance holders are terrible. Overall, customer service requests towards the insured patients are toooo bureaucratic, irrational and overdemanding. The patient never feels himself/herself as a customer, but someone begging in-front of the clinics doors to get a mere medical treatment. So, administrative services rendered against the foreign insurance policies are disastrous and catastrophic, to my view.
