am
writing

so
that
others
can
also
understand.
We
booked
a
table
via
calling
them,
and
got
it
confirmed.
The
next
day,
2
hours
before
our
reservation
we
got
a
call
saying
that
they
didnt
have
space
and
they
made
a
mistake
regarding
our
booking,
and
started
coming
with
3+
excuses
as
to
how
we
wouldn’t
get
our
table.
We
obviously
didn’t
believe
a
single
word
as
they
had
already
confirmed
the
table
and
the
time
and
the
date.
We
even
went
PHYSICALLY
to
pay
the
deposit
(the
deposit
was
payed).
They
also
changed
our
table
twice
before,
and
then
they
decide
to
call
us
afterwards
to
tell
us
we
dont
get
our
table.
We
payed
the
deposit
for
a
specific
table
as
it
was
a
special
event.
They
refused
to
give
us
the
table
we
payed
for
and
gave
us
another
table
which
is
obviously
not
what
we
payed
for
at
all.
They
made
no
effort
in
trying
to
give
us
a
table
similar
to
the
one
we
payed
for,
and
took
no
opportunity
in
correcting
their
mistake.They
openly
lied
with
no
humility
or
remorse
and
kept
saying
that
they
got
the
date
wrong
and
etc,
when
we
had
already
confirmed
everything
with
them
physically.
This
is
a
restaurant
with
horrible
service
and
even
worse
telephone
manners.
Their
integrity
is
non-existent.
If
I
could
give
it
0
stars
I
would.
Wouldn’t
reccomend.
If
this
is
how
they
treat
customers,
I
can’t
even
begin
to
imagine
how
their
service
manners
would
be.
Integrity
is
important
in
restaurant
services,
but
it
is
lacking
in
this
restaurant.
