As
a
Turkish
citizen,
i
must
say
i
were
quite
excited
to
have
a
dinner
in
a
Turkish
restaurant
during
my
tour
in
Uzbekistan.
Though
my
disappointment
were
immeasurable,
and
my
day
was
completely
ruined.
First,
being
a
Turkish
restaurant
located
in
Tashkent,
i
didn't
expect
the
prices
to
be
low,
since
i
don't
have
any
problem
in
terms
of
money.
The
thing
that
made
this
restaurant
a
terrible
experience
for
me
was
the
service
and
the
ignorance
of
staff.
First,
almost
3/4
of
the
foods
on
the
menu
were
either
unavailable
or
out
of
stock.
Why
even
put
it
there
in
the
first
place?
So
we
were
forced
to
buy
something
very
basic.
Even
so,
the
simplest
food
of
the
turkish
cuisine
took
20
minutes
to
serve!
I
personally
ordered
myself
a
cheese
pita.
Then,
i
told
to
the
staff,
carefully,
knowing
that
they
were
somehow
ignorant
and
not
cautious,
i
told
them
right
after
i
ordered
the
cheese
pita,
slowly
and
calmy,
that
i
have
changed
my
mind,
and
wanted
a
meat
Pita
instead.
He
listened
to
me
carefully
then
nodded
yes.
My
parents
food
were
served,
they
ate
their
food
and
my
food
were
still
not
arrived.
We
waited
another
10
minutes,
total
of
30
minutes
for
my
food
to
arrive.
And
guess
what!
They
brought
a
cheese
pita!
Even
though
i
told
them
so
carefully
and
strictly
that
i
canceled
that
order
and
ordered
a
meat
pita
instead.
When
i
told
the
waiter
about
it
he
told
me
"Oh
yes
sir
Meat
pita
is
on
the
way
too"
they
literally
ordered
2
pitas.
Even
when
i
told
them
that
i
canceled
my
order
they
counted
both
of
them
as
ordered.
I
didn't
want
to
blow
out
against
the
waiter
and
stood
patient,
i
were
about
to
refund
it
but
my
parents
said
it
won't
be
a
problem
and
kept
it
anyways.
Basically
i
paid
for
a
food
that
i
didn't
wanted.
For
the
food,
there's
no
problem
in
food,
it's
quality,
tastes
good
and
great.
But
service
and
customer
care
is
NON
EXISTENT.
