Awful customer service, they can’t even answer freaking phone. I was ordering food using my plastic card, however, they called me and said that they have troubles with e-payment system, I said I will pay in cash, however, after few minutes money from my card were taken and moreover they wanted me to pay again in cash! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! BE WARE!!!

Awful experience. They take more than one hour to deliver food. They deliver incomplete orders. This service is a joke. I have ordered food 2 hours ago and the food is not here. I called the support and they've guaranteed I was going to get the food within 15 minutes. It's been 25 minutes and no food. Here is a golden tip: Instead of using this service, just order straight from the restaurant. I will never use this service again.

I order occasionally lunch through this application, and it usually takes up to 15-30 minutes to deliver it. Very convenient!

I have made 8 orders with Express24 while in Uzbekistan. One thing is certain, it is not express delivery. Each of those 8 orders have taken a (minimum) of 1 hour to arrive. My advice if you are reading this and are thinking of ordering food: Order at least 1-2 hours before you think you might like to eat, otherwise you might turn into a skeleton waiting while hungry. Unfortunately there is no competition in Uzbekistan.

Awful experience ever. We ordered at 20:16 and got the meal 22:13 almost 2 hours. Very poor service. The driver told taking long time because of waiting the meal lol. I use their service for years, however recently out of like 10 orders 4 had missing something(bread, burger...) when we call to ask the money back or the item we ordered they think we are lying. Why would a client that used their service for years, suddenly want free 8,000 sum bread. Or when we order for 18:00 the order comes at 5:20, what if we were not home? We would eat cold food? Now there is Uzum and Yandex delivery, why isn't the company working on its service? Prices? I wish the company fixes this

It is better not to try it at all. I waited for my order for 1.5 hour, and finally just cancelled it. If you call their support team, they just hang up on you. This is my experience, and the way how they do business. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

We collectively ordered a meal and were already getting prepared for lunch. 25 minutes later got phone call that we will have to wait for our order about 1.5-2 hours. There reason was courier shortage. Destroyed our lunch, appetite and mood for whole day. Awful service
